Do not buy anything from this company. It is a farce or even fraud.
Their website is still live yet no answer to the telephone nor Email. which means they can still take your money with NO intention of ever delivering the goods
It took me and my bank 6 months to get my money back since Feb 23.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DON’T EXIST.
I’ve just managed to get my money back from Paypal who are aware that they haven’t been trading since January. The website is still allowing people to place orders and they have even put something on the webpage about their phone lines currently not working but please email. Don’t bother. There is no one there.

I ordered a unit which on delivery was damaged and the company offered a partial refund. However they then went completely silent. They never answered the phones nor responded to any emails. I had paid using my visa debit card so I contacted my bank to complete a claim form for a chargeback. Fortunately the bank honoured the partial refund by claiming it back from the company.

I wrote an earlier review regarding this company on the 3rd March.
The man in question that replied to one of the reviewers emails is the Company Director/owner Christopher Marcus Syers. It appears from Companies House that his wife Sarah Louise Syers resigned on the 1st Jan 2023.
I have spoken to Trading Standards and Companies House about this company, as they are still actively trading, but their showroom is closed. My partner also called two of the neighbouring companies, who didn't want to give too much away about them.
We have finally received a refund from Amex, which wasn't the easiest of things to do, they were quite insistent that the item could still arrive even though it was ordered 7 weeks ago with a delivery time of 10-14 days.
It wasn't until my partner insisted that they look into it further and the Amex employer called CMS, whilst my partner was on the other line. Their phone wouldn't accept any messages as the voicemail was full, so she was then willing to sort out the refund of nearly £300.

I have informed Watchdog of this scam company. Everyone please let watchdog know about this, the more complaints they get then they will possibly investigate them.

As previous reviewers have said avoid this company. I ordered 6 dining chairs on 15 February and they never arrived. When I rang them the ansaphone was full & not taking any more messages and the company have not replied to my emails.
My husband rang the company next door to CMS Furniture and was told that there is a message on the door stating that they have ceased trading. However, they are still taking orders and people’s money. I have had to go through my credit card company for a refund

I agree with previous reviews, I ordered & paid for a console table early February the item was indicated as ‘in Stock’, order details confirmed 10-14 days delivery. After 10 days & no update I chased up my order, eventually received a response indicating stock expected the following day & delivery advise to follow promised.

Another 4 days passed & no update provided by CMS, telephone helpline just going to voicemail. After further emails from me I finally received an email from somebody called Chris, he informed me my order could not be delivered as it was very likely it would be damaged by the courier? He continued to say a full refund would be instigated, 3 weeks on & no sign of my refund.

I have instigated an official complaint through PayPal who are now investigating my case.

The CMS website is still advertising products for sale, their great policies & promises are still there too, I’m not sure how & why they can continue to scam the public in this manner . . . A clear indication to stay well clear of this company!

Unfortunately, similar to all the other reviews from people who have ordered anything since January 2023, we have the same experience - our item has not been delivered, our emails are being ignored and the phone line no longer works. Can only conclude this company is a scam and we're in the process of getting a refund through our credit card company. Do not use.

This company has taken payment from me for an ornament ordered online. I have not received my order 1 month on.
All my e-mails to the company are being ignored. All my messages left on the company answerphone are being ignored.
I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund.

I ordered a mirror & the company took the payment from my bank,I have not received the goods,I sent a message via messenger to ask about my order and they replied yes they had found it,I then asked for a reference number & delivery date & since this they have blocked me on messenger and have not answered my landline message left three times and ignored my email messages.
