CN Glass is an absolutely a first-class Company if I could give 10 stars I would.

From the start of the process Rob in the sales department came to measure and produce a quote for us. I did ask for the quote to be broken down to individual windows so that I could pick and choose what windows to replace depending on cost. He did that for us and came back with a very competitive price. I was delighted to be able to have the complete house all windows and doors replaced. Then we had a visit from Robert the Surveyor, again very polite and professional he was extremely knowledgeable and because I am disabled took this into consideration with the width of the doors and the reach to open the windows. Elaine the installation manager kept us up to date with what was happening and gave us the installation date with the time the fitters would be arriving.

Window fitters arrived at the time we were expecting they are an excellent team, both Jon and Kieran were, polite, professional & paid great attention to detail. They arrived each morning at 8am and started straight away and worked very hard and very quickly.
Each day they left our home re-cycling free and very clean. We were shown how all the locks worked and if they were a little too stiff, they adjusted them, every feature of our new doors and windows was shown and explained to us, this team were so happy and enthusiastic it was a joy to have them around. In total they fitted 2 large bay windows, 8 windows, 2 doors and the patio doors this only took a week from start to finish.
I am one very happy customer.

A company that understands what great customer service should be. From my initial enquiry to the outstanding craftsmanship it could not have been a more pleasing experience. The work covered replacement glass for many windows and the repair of the wooden frames. The work lasted one week. Thank you to the team.

First a salesman arrived and we discussed the design. Then a surveyor called to take accurate measurements and we further discused our requirements and problems with the fitting of our existing doors that might cause problems with the fitting of the new doors. The fitters arrived on the day and time agreed. The team were very clean and covered our carpet and furniture with dust cloths. They were pleasant and carried out the installation to a high quality. The doors themselves are of good quality and a great improvement to the previous doors.

My experience with CN Glass was easy from start to finish. They turned up when they said and communication regarding my order was clear and efficient. Lee, the tradesman who fitted the glass, was excellent. Knowledgable, efficient, tidy and friendly. Having tradesmen in your home can feel daunting, but Lee put me at ease immediately. I have no hesitation in recommending CN Glass and will use them in the future.

Kelvin and Josh did a great job in removing and replacing two blown window panes, Really nice people and if necessary will definitely use Cn Glass again.

We have been dealing with CN Glass for 12 years. They are always very efficient and Kelvin in particular is a great chap. He is involved in the measuring making and fitting of the glass. Thoroughly recommend.

CN Glass installed an external garage door for us and the overall service they provided was excellent. Communication was clear from start to finish and the fitters (Dean & Lewis) did a fantastic job. They were friendly, professional and tidied up thoroughly before they left. Overall, a great customer experience. I would definitely recommend CN Glass to others.

Incredibly quick, efficient and helpful in getting a single blown unit replaced. Staff friendly and accommodating. Looks a good job (though I am not an expert!) and everything was left clean and tidy. Recommended.

We recently enquired about the installation of a Solidor door & were refered to CN Glass. They provided an excellent service coming out the same day to provide a quote which we accepted. The surveyor was prompt in coming to measure & the delivery for installation was sooner than we expected which was very welcome. The installation was great & we are delighted with the new door/frame..

Now that poor customer service and quality is common, it was refreshing to deal with a company who did what they said they would. From start to finish the operation to fit all new windows and doors was seamless. Dates and times were adhered too with excellent communication of information. Russel and Danny completed the installation to a very high standard and they made sure that everywhere was left clean and tidy. As expected removal of the old windows caused some minor damage to the edges of the window reveals but everything was repaired ready for painting. Excellent job and excellent service. I would definitely recommend them.

I had the daunting decision to make to have ALL my windows replaced. From the first visit, to receiving a competitive quote, to the work being carried out, CN Glass were faultless.

A professional and friendly service all round; from the two site visits beforehand, to the excellent fitting skills of John and Garth. We had two large windows replaced, and two lovely European oak window sills fitted. The site was left spotless when they'd finished. All visitors were very respectful of the property. We will be using them again in the near future!
