We needed Coach h Transfer from Manchester to leicester and the Were online profdssional and World Not hesitate to use them again or recomend them to others

We attended an important family event, for which this coach company was booked and paid for months in advance. They cancelled the night before, causing unbelievable stress. Do not recommend.

We booked, and paid in full, our wedding transport for our guests months in advance with Coach Hire Network.

Communication leading up to the day was poor. I had to phone them a week prior just to confirm pickup details (since they hadn't replied to or acknowledged our email), at which point they comfirmed our details and asked for a £250 damage deposit. We happily paid this immediately.

​At 3:54 PM the day before our wedding, they emailed to cancel the booking entirely due to sub-contractor failure, leaving us to scramble for alternative transport for our guests at the last minute. We were in our wedding rehearsal at this point, and the best man and the groom had to leave to make many phone calls with other companies to sort this out. As you can imagine, it was incredibly stressful!

​Despite acknowledging liability and promising an immediate full refund, it took nearly a month of ignored emails, constant phone calls, and eventually sending a formal Letter Before Action threatening court proceedings for them to actually return our £400. (Funnily enough, the very next day after we threatened legal action the refund was received, which shows that they were actively choosing to not process it before that point...)

No extra compensation was offered, despite the more expensive fees that were incurred on us due to last minute change of plans.

​Unreliable, stressful, and terrible customer service. It was clear that they are extremely disorganised as a company, from a few other minor red flags earlier in the process which we ignored.

Would strongly advise against using this company.

Booked a coach to transport guests for our wedding (Saturday) months in advance. They cancelled the booking over email at 4pm the day before the wedding as they had subcontracted the booking and the subcontracter had pulled out. Up until this point we were emailing back and forth and they would typically reply within 1 or 2 days. They stopped replying once I started emailing to arrange a refund, I had to call multiple times and threaten to take them to small claims court before they processed the refund 25 days later.
I would strongly advise against using this company.

Having used this company for a few years now, the professionalism has never faltered. The office staff are friendly and efficient, the drivers are also professional with a great working attitude. As a regular customer of their services they always offer me the best price!

Booked my hen do transport with Coach hire network and I have to say although we didn’t get to travel due to corona it’s been top class. The hotel refused to give me a refund and I’ve even lost my deposits for my honeymoon trip so the last company I expected to be understanding was the minibus company. I called up expecting the usual nonesense with terms and conditions but before I even finished explaining the advisor told me not to worry and that they would hold my depsosit until I can rearrange the trip and I can use it then. The advisor was lovely, I didn’t catch his name but he was so calm and made me feel so much better. 5 stars - can’t wait to travel with you next year
