An Excellent practise.
With the new recent dental practitioner, whom we followed from Gloucester. It brings newer procedures with an older aesthetically pleasing feel.
They care for my wife who is disabled due to a major stroke, with warmth and empathy, going out their way to care for her needs.
I Totally recommend The Coach House Dental Practise.

Been a patient at this practice for a while as an nhs patient.i cannot fault this practice at all,the staff are very welcoming here. I made an emergency appointment with a very painful tooth problem,I was seen the same day of calling and given antibiotics for an infection. I would 100% recommend this dentist

I advise not to use this dental lab in hazlerigg, Newcastle
. I think they use inferior materials for repairs and won’t entertain any complaint.
I had cause to complain about a dental repair which failed after only 1 month. They refused to address the problem and I found I couldn’t make contact via phone as repeatedly put on automated message; an email I tried to send was returned as “failed” .
The only way I could make contact was to present myself at the practice in the hope they would be open
The problem was resolved only after I contacted the Dental Complaints Service.

A recent visit was for a loose upper veneer that was replaced two years ago. I had various X-rays and was told the supporting tooth had now cracked and would have to come out and a metal brace with new teeth would have to be fitted at a cost of £ 650 even although the original veneers cost about £3000 for three. The appointment was about 20 minutes and cost £ 107 with the x rays. I also had a cap on a lower tooth that came off twice after cementing so the dentist said it did not fit any more and scrapped it. Private dentistry is so expensive and I will not be back.

My dentist is always looking sullen, quite hostile, failed to offer me some important dental work, NEVER asks how my health is, especially after some dental issues, so total lack of duty of care. I always have to sit and wait in the reception for 20-30 min for my pre-arranged appointment. I've had other dentists a couple of times from the same practice, and they were quite good, they've spotted something that my dentist had missed. I'm now registered with a different practice, and I can see the difference in the service.

Was a customer for more than 17 years until the owner retired. Amazing what a difference one person can make. Avoid.
