Fast delivery I chose the Yemen coffee which I tried several years several years ago and was really nice but I think the quality is totally different that unique taste has gone now it is just ok more like just regular Arabica

Peace of mind - and excellent coffee
I have a monthly delivery from coffeelink, delivered without fuss and in a secure package at a good discount. There’s a wide range of coffees to choose from, but I know what I like and it comes every month without hassle. Lovely !

Online subscription system alterations could be easier
Changed my online subscription from every 4 to every 3 weeks and ordered first delivery from that date but only got confirmation for the 3 week change. Emailed and they said I hadn't ordered any coffee for immediate delivery. No problem for them to do that for me, hence 4 stars, but this is not the first time I've tried to change a subscription unsuccessfully. However, staff are always very pleasant and helpful. My decaff beans are the best, and I've tried many! Also the 25% discount for subscription is very welcome.

Always arrive very quickly and well packaged.
On occasions where we've pick up the staff onsite are always nice to deal with.
Would highly recommend.
