I did not get my first time buyer discount. Not happy.

I ordered a one-off item to be added to my subscription to avoid additional shipping cost. When it turned up without it, customer services apologised, but no offer to ship free, and no reply to my request whether it could be shipped free (given it wasn't my error). Maybe they were a bit stretched after the bank holiday.

Quick delivery and very recently roasted, as in roasted the day of dispatch.
Haven't had a bad bag yet.

Fabulous coffee, (I am a coffee snob) also great prices and ethical. Signed up for monthly delivery and they are super helpful abd flexible, allowing me to choose my favourite coffee, swith between decaf and caffeinated.

Very difficult to cancel a subscription

Ordering online was easy and the supplier communication was timely. Excellent delivery service from the Post Office.

I signed up for a subscription about a year ago that sends me two 1kg bags of coffee every month. The coffees are always different, and somehow the ones I end up loving most are the ones I would never have picked.

They choose the coffee. They roast it. They send it. I drink it. ☕️☕️☕️

They forgot to send me my order and then misinformed me that it had been passed to the PO for delivery.
It was not and was only passed on after a further query from me.
Very disappointing as it was too late for a gift. I hope that this was a one off!

I'm a client for years and never had any problems nor complaints. Somehow, the last time there was a technical issue and I couldn't place my order. I notified the team through email, and they were very prompt in replying and sorted it out in no time.

I’ve been ordering coffee from Coffeelink for nearly two years, and the prices and selection of various coffee regions is still great. That’s honestly their biggest advantage.

But lately I feel like the quality of taste just isn't as good as it used to be. Maybe it’s just my personal experience, but from batch to batch I am getting disappointed, and I drink coffee for pleasure, so taste matters to me.

Sent the wrong order to me for the current order of delivering date 7th May 2025.

And Let me to handle the return process, and it can't be worked as per your submitted Royal mail link, so the process cannot be handled at this stage.

On the same time, it sends back my correct coffee bean on 8th May 2026, it was found one packing was damaged and some beans dropped out already.
So disappointed at this moment!!

Price seems very competitive, customer service is excellent & the coffee is great. I will continue to reorder.
