I ordered this product and it took an entire three weeks to arrive. The shipping time was longer than expected. Regardless, the product came in good condition. I was just a little frustrated by the delay.

The design is simply impressive. Sleek and chic, it has a nice feel in the hand, adding a layer of sophistication to my routine. What struck me most is the perfectly curved brush. It gets every lash with just one sweep. Surprisingly, it's also very compact, great for on-the-go touch-ups. Definitely a beauty must-have.

HORRIFIC! AVOID!
I placed my order on the 9th May. When the order hadnt arrived by the 11th June asking for an update or refund and I was told they were on their way. They finally arrived ont he 9th July - 8 weeks later and they are awful. They are thin and flimsy, the tops of the bras are mishapen. I again contacted customer service asking to return them for a refund. I was offered £2 then £5 not the £21 I had paid. I was also told I could only return them to China at a cost to myself. I have raised a dispute with my bank and reported them to Action for fraud, NCSC and Trading standards.

The package arrived after a 2 week wait. The palette was properly secured, ensuring no breakage or damage. It came in a compact, sleek case, making it easy for travel. The inclusion of a small mirror is thoughtful. Overall, I'm impressed by the practical and chic packaging.

Ordered 3 bras - item never arrived. Customer service was awful and I was expected to pay for shipping and a cost towards their loss for a replacement.

Ordered a bra which took around 7 weeks to arrive. When it finally did it was way smaller than the 32G it stated to be. I wouldn't have put it at any bigger than a B Cup.. Really disappointed, won't be able to use it but I'm also not going to bother with returning as I know it will be a nightmare. Avoid.

My item never arrived. I have order 3 bras for 27£ on 03.06…they never arrived. After sending few emails they told me a new package will be sent and then they disappeared. I have lost £27.00. Avoid at all costs.

Dreadful! Ordered a bra in size 36C and what came was a ridiculously small bra that was no way the size ordered. Sent it back and as it’s from china and very expensive to send recorded delivery so just normal delivery and I purchased through #klarna and now there was a sufficient evidence to prove I sent it back! All in all a dreadful experience not to be repeated!

This company is a joke. I ordered some bras from them. They took over a month and half to turn up. Then when they did there so called sizing is completely wrong! And they don’t accept returns or give refunds which I think is out of order

Took nearly one month to arrive. DD size ordered, cup size barely a C cup, more like B cup! Waste of money! Go to a shop and try on, also now can't get in touch with them! Not gonna be worth returning, just money down the pan!!!

I brought bra’s from this company about a year ago they was great. Then I brought another 6 3 weeks ago these are terrible there’s not enough material for the boob bit. I have emailed them no reply. Everyone please avoid

I bought a bra over a month ago and still not got … it’s been in the uk then Belfast apparently.. they keep saying wait but still not got.. do not go near this site it’s a fraud site and will not refund me… stay away.FRAUD DO NOT BUY FROM…

Scam company. They sent me faulty bras which I paid over £20 for and have said they will only give me £7 back, or I will have to send them back paying $30 shipping at my own expense. They refuse to acknowledge the product is faulty and what their policy is, and now ignore my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The wand is easy to use and it separates the lashes very well. The WaterproofCurl Long Lasting Mascara is absolutely worth its price. It survives sweat, tears and even rain. No smudging or flaking was noted.

Absolutely terrible quality. Ordered the strapless bras. The video shows a full support bra but what you get is a flimsy bad fitting awful quality product. It does not support like the video it flattens you and when you lean over the front pops out. It’s awful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. PayPal address is all Chinese says it all. Scammers selling in the UK !! Website offers return but they now won’t accept my return and offered £2 compensation. All the people on the video ad saying they are great must be scams as it’s funny how their own Facebook accounts have the video ad as the top post.

Terrible company. Item far too small, tried to return and was told I need pay return costs to china. Customer service non existent. Avoid at all costs!

Delivery took months bras finally arrived quality absolutely terrible nothing like what was advertised offered £2 compensation as costs to much to return them I refused offered £4 finally agreed to £6 bra was £25 they says just give them away 🤬 DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Terrible please avoid this company they sent me wrong size so I asked for my money back they offered me £2 even tho they sent me the wrong size. They wouldn't of fitted anyway as tiny and nothing like in the video. Please don't waste your money like I did.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! No items after waiting 6 weeks for delivery and no correspondence from seller. Escalated to PayPal, hopefully I can get my money back.

One star rating was too much!!! Would have given no stars!! Waited for a month for delivery and when the item arrived it was of poor quality, no support and the sizing was totally inaccurate, nothing like the what they advertised .
I Emailed to ask for return instructions to be told a £3 refund would be given and to keep the items, obviously I refused and £8 refund was offered them £9.50 .I am now in the process of claiming my money back through PayPal. Avoid this company at all costs!!! Only wished I had read the reviews before ordering 😡
