Save your money buy converse better shoe and actually better customer service!!! Let me refrase that it actually exists.

Purchased my first pair and used their guide on size... its way off feet hurt and rubbing. Contactes them about this error. If i simply selected a size then id get it. But i used their sizing tool and got banged...

They dont care or are willing to fix this mistake...

I thought purchasing from a higher line was suppose to be great.... now i just see them as snobby shoe makes.

Spend your hard earned money else where!

If their is a zero I would be more than happy to give it to the costumer service department.
I have talked to more than 4 representatives and 2 supervisors. Everyone is telling me a different thing and write something different in the notes. I have been guaranteed from a representative that my shipment is out for delivery and you will receive the tracking in 24 hours. After the 24 hours they told no its in the warehouse it might be shipped in a day or two and in his notes he wrote something completely different.
Please check what is wrong with the team and don’t assure and garuntee things that won’t happen. Cause my shipment should be arriving no later than the 26 (what I have been told) and I am leaving the country at the 30 morning but it hasn’t been shipped yet

I have historically loved Cole Haan. I am however very displeased with my recent order. I ordered my usual size and width and the shows I received are defective in that they are at least a size smaller. Unfortunately there are no refunds or exchanges on this sale. I think it is deceitful that the company sells a product that is defective in sizing and then does not honer an exchange or refund. The reviews posted did not reflect the reality, so I am convinced that they handpick which reviews will be seen on their site so they can clear their shelves. I always associated Cole Haan with being classy, but their present habits and poor customer service are from from that.

BEWARE the false advertising on their website. Offers of "Up To 75% Off" include no actual items with such a discount. They might as well say "Up To 100% Off" and it would be no less honest. Sad to see so many complaints about their decline in customer service. This used to be a reputable company.

I purchased some shoes 6 days ago online @ Colehaan.com. The shoes haven't even been delivered to me yet and I noticed a price decrease today on their website. I contact customer service and they wouldn't adjust the price as the shoes were a final sale item. Overall a disgusting customer service experience as well as a disgusting policy especially when its within 1 week of the order and the shoes haven't even been received. Zero star review would be more appropriate.

Great shoes

I bound a pair of shoes, I wear it only to go to work (I work in an office) so no hard use. One of them is reaping already in one of the sides, I contacted customer service and they say they DO NOT have manufacturing warranty and they only change no used pair of shoes. which is bad.... how can they expect $100 pair of shoes to last only 3 weeks... I won't buy this brand of shoes again.

Beyond belief the worst f'ing customer service ever...seriously....end to end disaster. Wrong products, poor order tracking, prolonged refunds, and absolutely incompetent and plain stupid customer service staff. It is consistently been a frustrating experience with these a'holes. STAY AWAY. All -ve reviews here are 100% on point.

Seriously, they deserve zero stars, but that was not an option. You know how web forms auto populate? I accidentally used the wrong ship to address. First, I got no order acknowledgement. So, I had to call. The guy was absolutely useless. He wouldn't look up the order. Said he had no way of updating the order, and told me to call UPS when it ships. I asked if we could just cancel it so that I could re-do the order. NOPE!

They suck absolute horse turds. They might make a good shoe, but I would rather go barefoot than work these butt sniffers.

Love Cole Hann shoes, I have 4 pairs and they fit perfectly. Designs are modern, stalist, and comfortable. I'll suggest try in-store if you buying for the first time.

This is a fast paced company out of China.At the time O ordered a handbag from Viet Nam or so I thought.They assured me on the phone and in an email that the handbags were made in Viet Nam.So I ordered one..And I paid alot. of money.Sure enough looked inside and it said Made in China.So I tried to return it.They wanted pictures,they wanted me to pay shipping handling take .By the time they were done I was out of half what I paid,On the phone they were hustle and money hungry Talked really fast and could hardly understand them..I was the one that was forthright.

I WOULD HAVE NEVER GUESS THAT BUYING FROM COLE HAAN WOULD BE THIS BAD OF AN EXPERIENCE. THE SHOES ARE GREAT BUT THE ORDERING PROCESS SUCKS!!!! AND I NEVER GIVE PEOPLE BAD REVIEWS. BECAUSE I KNOW HOW IMPORTANT THEY ARE. BUT THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

Bought shoes on black Friday (mens zerogrand size 12) and received women's size 9 boots. Phone customer service, they sent a return label. Two weeks later no replacement, phoned and said they could only issue a refund or I could buy online at the non-black Friday price. Its been another week, without a refund either. I have phoned and emailed several times. No shoes and out $108.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Non responsive and unable to solve, too bad as it hurts a good product, would not recommend buying direct under any circumstances.

i usually buy shoes from cole Hann and i am a true size 9. Decided to to take the leap of faith and purchase 2 pair of shoes( final sale no returns or exchange) and they dont fit! Called customer service and they were rude! so now i basically threw out the window 209.00,I

My Apple Pay input an incorrect address at checkout. I noticed immediately and called to have it corrected. They absolutely refused and said that the only option I had was to call ups and have them fix it once I got tracking. I called them immediately after I received tracking and they told me that Cole haan has shipping update restrictions on their account and it isn't possible. They also told me that they get this problem from Cole haan constantly and that they can fully update the address when a customer calls but they don't want to take the time and send customers to them all the time fully knowing they can't help them. I just can't believe that I placed such a large order and can't get help with this. It is extremely bad customer service to not only tell me you can't help me, but provide false information on top of that.

I've never had issues with Cole Haan orders in the past so I never had to contact the customer service before until now.

My order on the site shows that my order of 2 pairs was shipped with the same tracking #. I received only 1 pair inside a carton box that fits just one pair. The outside UPS label says 5 lbs but the UPS tracking page says 2.5 lbs. I've tried to explain that the warehouse did not ship the second pair and they just kept saying they have to file a case with UPS. The people on the phone are just so rude and so incompetent to even understand my case. They kept blaming on UPS. I am still in shocked of how rude people are on the phone. I have been a long time customer of Cole Haan and have over 30 pairs. This might just be my last pair IF I ever receive them.

I have an expensive pair of boot type shoes from Cole Haan that are practically new in condition with molded soles and heels that completely disintegrated. I went to the shoe repair shop and the repair person said all the injected Cole Haan shoes disintegrate within 2-4 years and not to buy them. I called Cole Haan and they said if the shoe is beyond 1 year old they don’t guarantee them. This is outrageous! I’ll never purchase another pair oh CH again!

I am very very disappointed with customer service at Cole Haan. I bout shoes on cyber Monday and 4 days later the status says "not shipped". When I called customer service asking why my order was not even shipped they told me their policy is 5 business days allowed before shoes will be shipped and maybe next week they ll ship it to me. Then I asked to cancel my order, yet they don't even have that option. Moreover, they cannot speed up the process, they can't help u at all. The only option is there to wait till u get shoes and return it back and then this company will do a refund. Sounds almost like a scam from China. Because of such poor customer service and neglecting of customer convenience I doubt I'll buy shoes from this company anymore.

Cole Haan is very dishonest. I purchased 2 pair of boots on Cyber Monday at 9am. Note that they say that Cyber Monday is not a business day, yet they placed that no where on their site. I paid for 2 day shipping. I have contacted their Customer Service twice (the 2nd guy, Michael, was actually wonderful). But here it is Friday (4 days after I ordered) and Cole Haan can not and will not rely the truth about my order. One pair says the label was created on the Dec 3rd at 8pm and has not left their facility yet. The other boot says that it was shipped 12/5 and will not be here until 12/9. What happened to my 2 day delivery!! I will never order from them again. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY. VERY DISHONEST.

I wish I could give 0. Their customer service was so bad and so unhelpful. They charged me $680 for a $200 purchase which was very much their fault, and they just said "sorry, wait a few business days for it to resolve." I was so incredibly disappointed I was excited to make my first purchase from them, and now I never want to purchase from their online store ever again because I see that when they make mistakes (which happens to every merchant) they clearly don't care. I have left maybe 1-2 bad reviews for a merchant in my life but the customer service was so bad I needed to leave a review. Buyer beware.
