I have been a customer of Color Tile for 6 years and I’m very happy with their friendly service. Selecting products for a bathroom renovation can be a daunting task. The experienced staff in the Showroom make this a breeze. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service from the sales ladies in the front to Chris in the loading bay out the back.

I only needed a handful of tiles and the staff went to a lot of trouble to find something suitable. My small tile cutter was not up to the task of doing the cuts required and when I returned they happily did the cuts for me. Nothing was too much trouble and all done in friendly manner. Excellent service, a lot of businesses could learn from you.

I had been trying to source a particular colored grout in the Coffs Harbour area with no luck. Rang the Port Macquarie store and spoke to Bruce who was really helpful and order the grout in. I highly recommend this store, there service and help was outstanding. Thank you.
