The delivery men turned up on time and were very polite, they assessed the rooms and work to be carried out. They were happy to move one bed into another room. The two men worked extremely hard to remove my old bed and install my new one and gave me comprehensive instructions on how to work the remote control. I haven’t tried it yet.

Don't let these people in your home.
Agreed to book an appointment for a sales rep to visit and was told it would be no more than 30-40 mins. In the end they were here for 2 1/2 hours they didn't seem to take the hint to go away. The presentation on their beds is all based on lots of "pseudo" science and ridiculous claims about how their (£10,000) beds improve sleep. Don't let these people in your home.

Salesman was very thorough explaining the function and benefits of the bed. Delivery was scheduled and rescheduled to meet our convenience. I had great experience from the Representative Chimereze who explained what the chair could do to better my health and life. He was excellent in explaining everything to me and I'll give him 10 out of 10.
The driver Micheal delivered on time. He was excellent in fitting the chair together and showing me how the chair operated, he also worked really hard to get chair up to my flat up the stairs as the lift was out of order. I'll also give him a massive 10 out of 10.
