I contacted Curtis ahead of putting our flat on the market, as I wanted to refresh a tired-looking kitchen without going through a full refurbishment (and the associated cost) for a buyer whose taste might differ from mine.

I was incredibly impressed by Curtis’ patience and professionalism — I initially enquired, disappeared for a few months, and then came back to pick things up again, and he was nothing but helpful throughout. He also guided me through the colour choice, which made a real difference to the final result.

The kitchen looked tired and dated before, and he has completely transformed it into the jewel of the flat. He went out of his way to identify and fix existing imperfections, and even turned a piece I had assumed was beyond saving into the absolute showstopper of our home. So much so that his work is now featuring prominently in our sale brochure.

The process was incredibly smooth (and clearly explained in advance), with very little preparation required on our side. The cupboard doors were taken away to be spray-painted in the workshop and returned within a handful of days. Aside from me occasionally trying to close phantom cupboard doors before they were refitted, there was really no downside to the process.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Complete Refinish and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Excellent experience. We needed a full new Howden’s kitchen sprayed and were under a lot of time pressure due to a baby being on the way. Curtis and his team were really responsive, friendly, straight talking, well priced and sorted everything in the shortest timescale possible. All sprayed at their workplace and delivered to us promptly. No faff and all the details really clear. When we then had need of some extra bits being sprayed, they came to our place very last minute and sorted it for us. The finish is excellent. Pristine. It was really the easiest part of our building project and very reasonably priced (we had a variety of different quotes with longer time scales and higher prices). So happy. Would recommend and would use again. Thank you!
