Samantha was amazing from start to finish. I wasn't sure what I wanted and she guided me through the process and was open and patient in finding the car for me. Collection day went without any issues and I have feel like they couldn't have done more.

Non stop issues since i got the car
in April 2024 after 8 weeks the engine basically blew up they told me head gasket but who knows the car was returned to be fixed and 9 weeks it took which left me with no car more stress trying to get to work and school runs.
Then returned again few weeks after that other issues.
Been hell now stuck with a car that is losing power and totally breaks down dangerous imagine on a motorway!
9 breakdowns since got it
4 in the last 8 weeks AA won’t come out to recover me now because there words same problem.. had if in garage 5 days by my work again nobody knows why but suspect more engine issues
Broke down Thus night and parked up can’t use totally out of pocket
Contacted concept there response nothing we can do !! Even tho all this started soon as a bought car
Now contacted trading standards
And ombidsuman .. i tried to reject car when engine blew within weeks was told i can’t total shambles .

Sam was absolutely amazing from start to finish I can’t sing her praise any more, she made the whole process smooth, I originally went with my heart set on one car and fell in love with one she thought I would like, I highly recommend going through Sam she was absolutely amazing from the first call to me taking the car away, she made it happen all in one day!!
