Conexwest: Worse Customer Service They Just Want Your Money
Mirroring the review of February 2, I had one of the worst experiences purchasing a container from ConexWest From the online purchase to the moment the actual container was delivered by an angel, Angel Rodrigues, I had no assurance that I was getting a delivery. After the online order I got an email asking for everything again and my emails and phone calls went nowhere. My credit card was charged twice, phones were shut off and I called my credit card company suspecting a scam. I had no idea what was going on. This company doesn’t care. Their entire platform lacks transparency, staff doesn’t interface or knows what is going on. Read the BBB reviews and this site.
The day before the delivery date that they chose after mine, I managed to talk to a sales person who confirmed I was actually going to get a delivery and I left a message on the dispatch voicemail that this is a locked site and needed to know when the delivery window was. 20 minutes before delivery the driver Angel Rodrigues told me he was on the way. A true angel he was calm, professional and came through. Other than Angel, the entire dealing was a nightmare. Do not deal with this company if you want service. They do not care about customers. I’m not sure what their business plan is, perhaps it’s just to burn through the money that they were invested in last year. Horrible service.
By the way, there are 2 LLCs under this name, one in Gardena & one in Costa Mesa.
