I ordered Large size but received…

I ordered Large size but received small. However, the tag on the masks reads (L). That is impossible since the mask barely covers my average size face. These mask are made in Bangladesh that’s why their Large is actually smaller. Nevertheless, I will give them to my children to wear.

Great Quality Masks With Fast Turnaround

Order: Five 4-Pack Airflow Face Masks (Size Large) - 20 total

PROS:
Price: I got the 4-packs when they were $20/pack ($5/mask). I'll definitely make a profit off these.

Quality: Excellent. Designs and colors look at exactly like they appeared on the mock-ups. Note: The back of the mask is white, and that may show through the front when the mask is stretched.

Shipping: The quoted shipping on the website was 3-4 days when I placed my order. I ordered on 4/28, package shipped on 5/4 (4 business days), and I received it on 5/7. That's an amazing turnaround for masks right now.

Fit: The large masks don't look large when laying flat, but fit perfectly when on your face. I let my 9yo try one on to see how it fit on children since it looked small, and the large was definitely too big for her.

CONS:
Website security: When I started designing the first order, I saved it and got an email so I could follow-up later. Each time I went back to the website after I placed the order and changed the designs, it still showed the earlier mock-ups. I was concerned that I would get the earlier designs, but I didn't.

When I placed a second order for Ten 4-pack masks, I was logged into my personal account, but wanted to place the order with my wholesale account. This emails are not synced or in any way connected. I placed the order through my wholesale account, but the confirmation email was sent to my personal email address. And now the order shows up in both of my accounts. This looks like a security breach waiting to happen.

Very pleased

I placed an order for 4 mask on 4/25/2020 and received them faster than I expected. I received my order on 5/5/2020 and was very pleased. I chose to design my own so I was a little nervous that they would not turn out how I wanted. I was so excited when I got them and pleased at how the design was printed so nicely on the mask and did not look cheap at all. I was so pleased that I re-ordered right after opening my mask. I ordered 12 more mask.

This is the best company I HAVE EVER…

This is the best company I HAVE EVER used to create and print my pictures on on anything and everything available by CONTRADO. Kudos to the team. Great designs and products that my friends truly go 'gaga' over and I always get compliments on whatever I wear , being a scarf a jacket or a pair of socks.

Order never showed up, possible scam

Well I paid an extra 27 dollars for two day shipping of a huge order of custom masks. It was so post to arrive yesterday. No show, also no show today. plus I contacted customer service mail and the phone number. Phone number does not let you through, and I have received no response regarding my order through message, and there is no live chat available. I would greatly appreciate some assistance. I’m starting to think this company is a big scam. And if you do not have two day shipping it should not be offered for people to purchase at an extra fee if you can’t actually make it happen. And my bank account was hacked shortly after this purchase. Hopping they are not connected, but under review now as a potential suspect. Where is my order?

I read all these reviews and was stoked to order from them. I placed my order paid extra for shipping fast. I understand the covid is slowing things down and that’s understandable. But it’s been over two weeks and no product. I have emailed number of times and the response time is days. I didn’t know if I should plan on a refund or my product. Every time I looked online it said processing. But when you order it says they are printed along the line if 30 mins after placed. I’m moving in a week and I was hoping to get them before I moved but now I’m not so sure. So I emailed them with the new address since it’s still in process and have yet to get a response. I don’t think I will be ordering from this company again.

I placed a order for 4 masks and I love them. I was a little nervous at first to order because I didn’t look at any reviews before trying out the company. I received my masks 2 weeks after ordering which is fine. I do understand the circumstances at the moment. I definitely will be placing a order soon for more.

Great service

Great customer service. It took longer than I expected for the face mask to be delivered to my friend. When I contacted their customer service, I had a prompt response. They took action right away. In just a couple of days, my friend got the masks and loved them. With the current situation, the delays are frustrating but understandable. Thank you for the great service you provide- from production to delivery. Very reliable

Placed an order 5 days ago, I understand with the current situation in the world that time is needed to make these masks. I only ordered 4 masks and was told they were being made 30 mins after I ordered, so hopefully it won't take too long as I need them for work. I'll start the review at 2 stars for now, if it gets here within the week, I'll move it to 5 stars. Stay safe everybody!

Update: 2 days later, still processing...
7 days have gone by, no updates

Update 2: Just got an email that said masks were requested for a redo, but was just told my masks should ship out by today from the reply below. If that happens, that would be great. I paid $22 to have this shipped out so again, if it gets here by the 2-5 day mark, I'll move my review to 5 stars. Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I'm an essential worker so I can't stay home.

Update 3: My masks shipped and they even took photos to show me how they look. They look amazing, can't wait to have them here. I understand times are rough and people are on edge, especially those that really need these for work, but these workers from contrado really do put in the work, moving my rating to 5 stars. Hopefully there won't be any issues with the shipping. Thank you guys for taking care of me, appreciate it :)

Update 4: Customer service moved fast, looks like my masks will be here tomorrow. Thanks again for the A+ service.

Update 5: Got my masks this morning, fit perfectly and look amazing. Thanks again! I hope to order more in the future.

Hi Eric, I hope you stay safe as well, this is very important at that time in our history. Apologies I hadn't answered yet - I did look into it but spend my time running around trying to help out. Apologies I hadn't answered again. Your order is almost ready to leave. I'll email you when it has gone. There were some delays but we are thankfully starting to overcome them. I think this situation has been a big shock to everybody (be it personally or professionally) all around the world and a cause for a lot of worries and sadness. Your masks will surely bring a bit of light and fun to you and your close ones. But we're at work and working hard at trying to fulfill orders as fast and well as we can. Back to your order it should be leaving by the end of today. We have an average production time of 4-10 working days (starting it without 30 minutes doesn't mean it will be completed right away as we process orders as much as possible in order - I wish, I would run around a lot less :) ) . They do a very good job of hiding the fact that they ship from overseas

Placed orders on 4/17 & 4/20/2020 for product. paid the top dollar express fedex shipping blah blah blah. searched their website to see where they were shipping from. Found this statement that I now know is a cover up statement.
Overseas - "Non US Deliveries -
International Signed For takes approximately 3 - 5 working days, or FedEx or DHL or TNT. Remote areas longer.

Today is 5/2/2020 and it looks like I am out $179.00 dollars unless i do a credit card charge back.

5/4 one package finally showed up. Still missing the larger order. Lost in FedEx LaLa land.

I swear I am getting an ulcer Contrado! I loved everything your company stood for. Eco-friendly ink, sustainable practices, fast turn around, fast shipping...
I thought I had done my research prior to forming my business, spending days building a website, advertising, etc.
I launch my site. Bam! Get several orders with multiple packs per order. 120+ masks. I have 16 orders placed, five of which I paid for to start/test the process. I had a bad feeling in my gut so I have been waiting to see how fast Contrado fulfills orders before paying for the other orders to start the production process. I ordered four days ago.
Up until the time I ordered I was getting consistent emails from customer service. Give them some money and they shut their mouth.
Not a word! I have sent 3-4 emails asking about the status of my order. The website was telling me that my orders needed to have their shipping addresses updated to a physical address. I’m based in Alaska. Most of my customers are in Alaska. We don’t always have street addresses. I was told the masks could be shipped for a reduced rate if being sent to a PO Box. Then I was told the only way to ship masks was through FedEx. Then I was notified via my order status that FedEx orders could not be shipped to a PO Box. I have confirmed with FedEx, the USPS, and also a third party carrier that all FedEx packages once they enter Alaska are transferred to the USPS and distributed through them. This includes to PO Boxes. For the last leg of delivery it is what they call SmartPost. I have always lived in Alaska and I understand waiting a few extra days but to not know how FedEx operates and not reply at all since I placed an order is unacceptable. Some simple communication goes a LONG ways.
I understand the demand. I see it on my end. And I know it is greater on Contrado’s end as I see multiple gaps between order numbers that are placed back to back through my site. Telling me they are swamped. With all that money coming in it is now time to hire more customer service employees Contrado. I hate being like this. I hate telling another company how they should run their business but you are jeopardizing mine! How many days will it be until I see orders shipped that I have placed? Because I know if it takes too long I will have customers wanting refunds. And guess where their money is?? At Contrado.
I am seeing a steady flow of orders and I have only been in business for five days.
You stand to make or loose a lot of money Contrado. Make your decision.
A little communication about my orders would make me happier.
Sending the damn things would thrill me!
So do the right thing and respond to my emails or to this review at the very least. Please and thank you.
This business relationship can be salvaged but it could go either way right now. So act fast!

Update: Originally a 1 star review, updated to 3 stars. The masks did eventually arrive and I was satisfied with them. I ordered on 4/18 and 4/21, and they arrived on 5/6. So I recommend this company if you don't mind waiting a potentially very long time to receive your order. Despite your worst fears that they've taken your money and ran, they are in fact working on your order, and it just might take a very long time. Original review follows.

I made two small orders of face masks, on 4/18 and 4/21, before the recent flurry of negative reviews that have sunk this company's TrustScore below 4 (otherwise I wouldn't have ordered). They haven't been shipped, and the second order hasn't even gone into production. I believe it was irresponsible of this company to make it seem like there would be a quick turnaround to get the orders to me quickly (that was the perception of everyone here who ordered). In my online chat with them last week, when I asked about a timeframe, they just said "it can take additional 4-5 working days or longer" because of the current situation. This is getting ridiculous. Contrado, please don't ask me to change or update my review until my orders are completed and shipped, then I will be open.

Due to the pandemic, we have received a huge influx of orders for masks and are trying our best to keep on top of everything and prioritize as much as possible. The delays are not intentional, most certainly not intending to mislead.

I see there was a note left on your orders to send everything together. Now that in itself can cause delays as i see that one of our orders is ready.

We will aim to dispatch the order that is ready so that you can have something in hand.

If you do wish to order with us in the future ,its best to order everything in one go to avoid similar issues.

I ordered masks on 4/21 and had paid extra for the 2 days shipping deal, it has been 8 days and I have still not received my package! I am very upset and will NOT be ordering from this website ever again. totally unprofessional and disgusting to take advantage of a pandemic just for profit!

Website is very deceitful. You will pay for 2 day shipping but won't receive it in that time. I'm still waiting!

website is very deceitful. You pay $20+ for 2 day shipping but that was 4 days ago and they stop answering the phone I am very angry because I need those masks for work tomorrow. Don't ever use them matter of fact don't use anyone that doesn't answer the phone just go to the next best company and make sure they can be reached before placing a order!

I do not recommend this company

I do not recommend this company, at least not at this time and not if you are looking to order face masks. On their website they state that the face masks are made fast: 2 days production + 2 days express shipping if you purchase this extra. This is their estimate provided during COVID on the face masks specifically. On 4/5 I placed an order for 200 masks and paid for express shipping. On 4/10 (business day 5) I received notification that they had to reprint part of my order but that this is unlikely to impact receiving my order on time. On 4/14 (BD 7) I received an update that my order was dispatched and getting ready to ship. After not receiving any tracking notification I have contacted customer support almost daily to see what was happening.

** it is important to note that their customer support # is not active and they say everywhere to use the chat support which DOES NOT EXIST**

On 4/21 (BD 12) support finally got back to me and apologized saying the order has been sitting with packaging and they will have the packaging team ship the order asap. On 4/23 (BD #14) I received auto emails saying my order was being sent back for reprint for a 2nd time. So, after the first reprint 13 days earlier no one examined them? And they were sent to be shipped and then identified to be reprint again? I am not sure what is happening but this all seems very shady to me. 6 hours ago they posted a contest on facebook to increase orders for face masks... this seems irresponsible because they don't have the resource to staff basic customer support let alone complete orders placed a month ago. I want to share my experience to advise against working this this company, especially ordering face masks from them.
