Call from someone called "Zack", saying he was from Conveyancing Index, he wanted to speak with me regarding my recent house purchase.
I confirmed it wasn't appropriate for me to take this call, yet he continued to press me with questions. After the fourth question, I again mentioned it was not appropriate for me to take the call. He then stated "well you shouldn't of picked up the phone then mate", wonderful professionalism. Little did Zack know I was waiting for a very important call, so had to identify the caller.

Chandrika was very polite and patient, she agreed to call me back whilst I searched for my misplaced bank card, she was lively in conversation and patient whilst connection issues disrupted attempts to pay
