Unbelievably poor customer service and products. Seems a company has just taken over the original cooks professional and the excuses are flowing. My ice cream maker that has had very light use ( maybe used 6-7 times )and still within the 2 yr warranty has stopped working. After being constantly ignored on Facebook, Instagram and email I had to resort to publicly slating them only to get a barrage of pathetic excuses of why they can't help.

Seems the service is a useless as the products which are insanely over priced given the quality

Absolute immediate response from leaving my query on their website. Plus, apart from the obvious proof of purchase, a replacement was offered no problem & ordered, all within 2 hours. Well done & thank you Sam, that's what I call excellent customer service!

After having a manufacturer fault on the x3 blade meat slicer i purchased as a gift for my granddad Cooks was so quick to resolve my issue. They were speedy and friendly and replaced my product with no issues, my granddad is happy and i am too. Would highly recommend this company and there customer care!

Our, quite old, hot water dispenser suffered a failure of the plastic reset button. Contacted After Sales Dept. who were brilliant and very quick. They sent a replacement, I fitted new button and we are ready to go again. Very well done to all at Cooks Professional!!!

I found The Customer Service department at Cooks Professional, very professional and helpful in the way they dealt with my issue.
I had a issue with an item I had purchased, and after investigating this they replied to confirm a replacement would be despatched. From start to finish the service was excellent and today I have received my replacements. You really good not ask for anymore than that.

I bought 1000W 3-in-1 Handheld Stick Blender a year ago. I hadn't use it a lot, but it worked just fine until around 2 weeks ago when chopper blade broke. As it's not available at cook's professional, they couldn't offer a replacement for that part and after few mails that gave me a full refund. Good communication with customer service.

I was gratering cheddar cheese in processor when the spindle snapped. I emailed the company and by the end of the day I'd had a reply. After 5 working days I received a new bowl and spindle.

Had a problem with an air fryer. After a bit of investigation was pleased with the outcome.
After sales service was very good.

Never again, I ordered a mixer which took 6 months to arrive. Then it broke in the first week. I had a nightmare trying to return item. I managed to return item in February 2021. I’ve sent several emails and yet have the company to respond. All I’ve received is a Email saying that the item can’t be fixed and a refund will be given. But I can get hold of anyone. Nor find a number for this joke of a company. Save your money and time.

Excellent support from Sam at Cooksprofessional. I ordered a bamboo chopping set through an intermediary seller on Amazon. Unfortunately one of the boards split and the intermediary seller was no longer selling this item. Amazon would not accept any responsibility and passed me onto Cooksprofessional who have exchanged the item. The service was friendly and professional. I was even rung up to finalise the exchange.

I purchased my cooks professional food processor approximately 6 years ago it is an excellent machine but unfortunately the chopping/ mixing bowl broke but the machine itself works perfectly .So I thought I'd take a chance and enquire as to whether I could purchase a replacement bowl .I emailed cooksprofessional and was relieved when customer services Sarah emailed me back the same day expressing their wish to help and supply me with a new bowl .The response was first class I emailed them back with serial no's ,they in return invoiced me and bowl was ordered all in the same day .Three days later the bowl arrived unfortunately it was the wrong bowl ,so I phoned cooksprofessional and Sarah (customer services )answered I explained I had received wrong bowl and she couldn't have been more apologetic;she contacted the warehouse immediately new bowl ordered and sent out .The after sales customer services I received were absolutely amazing and I cannot speak highly enough of them .Sarah who I dealt with was helpful ,friendly and very professional.

Ordered bamboo chopping boards as Christmas present for our son. Due toCovid this wasn’t opened until April! Unfortunately the base was damaged. Contacted cooks professional expecting to be told sorry, too much time has elapsed. Was very impressed that they immediately agreed to replace the item and it arrived with my son within a week. Great thank you to Sarah for organising such a swift and friendly service.

I bought a 1000W food processor, which was great until a small part of plastic on the security latch broke. I emailed the warranty email half expecting to be told to pay for a new part, but was pleased to find out that the company was under new management and that they would look in the warehouse for me. They quickly found the spare and sent it to me, communicating with me every step of the way. Very impressed!

Broken blender that SCREEEECHES tried to get a refund and sent post to pillar. The machine has now smoked up and left some plastic Sandy sediments in my smoothie.

Only had the blender 11 months I would never ever use this company again.

Cooks earned their professional status in my book, as they were attentive and polite. Keeping me informed at every stage throughout the whole proceed of my inquiry and purchase of the item I required. I for one would recommend them and will be a returning customer without hesitation.

Ordered a coffee machine. Quality was much better than expected. Arrived on time.

Awful service!
I bought a set of cast iron pots. One of the pots developed chips inside the pot after 7 months of use. The other pots within the set are fine. I called Cooks, explained the issue, sent images and eventually after me chasing was told the pot won’t be replaced and i should maybe use some repair paint!!!!
There’s obviously and issue with the pot as the others in the set are fine. Also, we should not cook in these pots if they are chipped in any way as the particles can enter your food. So I have to fork out money and buy a new pot but NOT from Cooks Professional ever again! I. better stick with Le Crueset, much better service

Had an excellent experience with cooks professional, saw that they only had 1 set of 8 piece cast iron cookware online, so called up to check it was actually in stock, the lady I spoke to checked with the warehouse and put the last one aside for me and called me back to confirm, and arrived very early the next morning in excellent condition, very very pleased.
