I received separate phone responses and service from two separate consultants/representatives which in and of itself was impressive....however, there was much confusion because they did not communicate with each other, and led to much anxiety, and in the end, higher trip costs than what was available. ....WCS

Amazingly efficient and reasonable price! We have worked with Beata for several years to find us excellent flight connections and business class seats at a reasonable price. SHE is priceless! Beata always responds to my inquiries within minutes with good information. She rescued us recently when we wanted to make a change to our return flight. Within a day we had new seat assignments at a great price. Thank you again!

Katrina was a nightmare to work with. She charged my friend’s flight to my cc & then wouldn’t respond to unravel it. Kausha was my fixer.
At LAX I couldn’t use the TSA pass as Katrina neglected to enter it into my reservations. My friend went thru TSA, I stood in line for an hour to pass through.
Our flight back is so tightly booked, 1 hour to get from our arrival in Amsterdam to our flight back to LAX. I don’t believe we can make it.
I am sorely disappointed with the service!
