We booked a few trips with Fabrizo when…
We booked a few trips with Fabrizo when my Mom was still alive and we needed full priced tickets for her. We had lots of AA miles then. Now we are out of miles and
still traveling so we took a chance that Fabrizio was still there. Not only was he there he remembered my first name! He's super and still getting good fares for us. Between an ex-airline employee and spouse's miles through business, we really appreciate good fares!
