Perfecte klantenservice! Mijn voeding defect na 4jr en krijg na een goed en duidelijk RMA process een nieuwe opgestuurd die zelfs nog een stuk beter is dan mijn oude voeding.

Extra onderdelen bestellen is niet fijn
Een PSU besteld bij Cooler master. Het werkt prima (vandaar de 2 sterren, met het product niks mis). Maar slechts 2 pci-e kabels voor gpu zitten erbij, dus ik heb er nog 1 bij moeten bestellen.
Nu is dat geen probleem, maar dat een kabeltje van 4 euro maarliefstt 12 euro verzendkosten heeft (terwijl het product volgens mij uit nederland komt) en vervolgens wordt afgeleverd bij een drop-off point ergens aan de andere kant van de stad, dat vind ik echt erg slecht.

Cooler Master is refusing to RMA a product for testing even though I'm having issues relating to it.
I can't go to the store as they aren't helping and/or aren't responding.
It's been 12 days and I haven't received a response since I explained this to Cooler Master a second time asking them to please read the first paragraph of my original message.

Will not pay to fix your product defect
Purchased a CPU cooler that had a defect. They did not want to honor their warranty unless I paid for shipping. The defect was their issue alone to make right. I don't do business with companies that operate this way.

Nel corso degli anni, ho acquistato pochi prodotti Cooler Master, nel lontano 2010 un Alimentatore Silent Pro RS500-AMBA D3 l'unico prodotto che non mi ha mai dato problemi (ma c'è anche da dire che io spesso lo smonto completamente per eseguire una pulizia accurata), due tastiere Cooler Master Masterkeys Lite L (abbastanza buone ma qualità scadente della plastica utilizzata), 3 ventole MF-120HALO ARGB (mio figlio è fissato con i led, io ho preferito Noctua e Arctic senza argb) che hanno un pessimo CFM e infine un dissipatore Hyper H412R il quale manifesta di recente, un eccessiva rumorosità della ventola e ho richiesto un RMA, bene per tutta risposta Cooler Master mi risponde "Your RMA request has been denied.", dire che sono deluso è veramente il minimo, non mi sarei aspettato da un marchio cosi importante un comportamento simile, e a partire da oggi non acquisterò piu prodotti Cooler Master, ma solo Arctic, Be Quiet! e Noctua in fatto di raffreddamento e dissipatori, visto che con loro non ho avuto nessun problema, vuoi per la qualità superiore che un servizio di assistenza eccellente, non ti fanno nessun problema e in men che non si dica ti spediscono un prodotto sostitutivo!
Cooler Master al pari di Western Digital, fanno letteralmente schifo come servizio di assistenza e scrivo una cosa del genere con grande dispiacere sinceramente.

I was using the power supply of coolermaster 1050 v2 , now after 4 months smps socket got burn by itself it hampered my motherboard and graphic card now they say it's a user mistake so I would like to suggest other not to buy thier any product bcz they will not provide any warranty even if you provide complete information or picture of the product, they ll blame user. So dnt waste your money on coolermaster products

My son bought a cooling fan for his new PC build and the supplied bracket did not fit newer motherboard. They list a free kit but been out of stock since xmas and make it impossible to get anything out of the company. They blatantly don't bother to offer a phone support service and the online response is non-existent. First and last product from this company.

La loro fortuna e’ che vedendo l’ m2 nvme bagnato non ho relazionato che la pompa potesse perdere acqua se no glielo avrei spedito indietro con bestemmie a presso ! Come cacchio si fa a lavorare cosi’ e a vedere pupu’ a caro prezzo!
CM Decent value and quality of products

So I use a plethora of CM products including gaming mouse pad, gaming mouse and gaming keyboard and I am really satisfied with their quality, rgb lighting zones and extra features like OLED display on the mouse, for example. These guys innovate with their products, but I do mean with their flagship products just so we are clear. The majority of reviewers here pay extremely low prices and expect INCREDIBLE quality. Like be realistic, please. Now for customer service, we'll I suggest using sites like Amazon or any equivalent, which provide free return and warranty so you can't complain. They probably have better and faster customer service so yeah, buy through them.

I'm not sure what wrong with there website but I order a case from New-egg from them and my case was missing a fan and 2.5 inch hard drive screws. What happen next was a awful customer service experience. After like the fourth comment from customer service the comment I made would not display. And keep in mind I had reply to them before so I did know how to comment in the support ticket. Only for them to closed to ticket since I cant response and not resolving the issue. Would I buy anything from them again, never.
Stay away from cooler master, really, frustration
Their customer support doing their best to annoy and getting you frustrated.
It takes them 5-10 days to answer a support ticket they loose documents, once they acknowledge that there is a detective item, it will take them more than a full month to consider if they'll send you a replacement.

Never dealt with a company with such pathetic service. Would not be a problem if there products didn't break all the time. 3 keyboards,2 mouses ,cases issues and dont get me started on every other product I had from this brand break on me. They wont even respect their own warranty and make sure to find a way for you not to have it. Without saying every time you ship them back you pay for the shipping , ending in paying more shipping then the actual price of the item.
