Well what can we say to start with we have used this company since it was born.
Every time at short notice they have got taxi to us. Never let us down ok sometimes bit late but come on you all heard of traffic jams or if not get a life.
I’m not saying names but when this guy started up we used him to get to NHS site as was let down by another known company that fail to rise from ashes
Since then we wouldn’t go anywhere else I know it’s long but honestly it’s true.
Today a taxi went to pick up my girlfriend from RVI Natasha was amazing she felt so comfortable with female driver.
Now this is probably the best run taxi in Northumberland please use them

Let down last night from cooper taxis I booked about two weeks ago and had confirmation from them Alnwick pick up at 2330 and no show. I rang them and they said sorry we have nobody for you as we are really busy in Blyth well if you only want business in Blyth don’t accept rides from further afield. Don’t use this company unless you’re in Blyth. I’ve just received a reply saying tried to contact me on many occasions but very strange I didn’t receive anything explaining we won’t pick up. I’m not from the area so saying we are 30 40 miles away and won’t pick you up from is fair enough if I actually got a reply but you should not confirm the ride if you’re system is good enough to control rides and as you say have a good night lol

Booked a taxi more than a week in advance for 6.45pm. Taxi didn’t arrive. Spoke to office and told the driver would only be a few minutes, just around the corner. Just after 7pm called the office to be told he was 1.5 miles away doing a drop off. Had to use alternative transport as needed to get to destination in time for a performance starting or loose the cost of 4 tickets. Just walked into the venue at 7.20pm when I got a message to say the driver was outside. 35 minutes late. Had we waited would have wasted around £120 of tickets. Appalling service, need to look at planning and not over book customers. Would not recommend.

Booked taxis to and from my sons wedding. From first going to the office to make the bookings I had nothing but an excellent experience. The office staff were so helpful. On the afternoon of the wedding was notified the taxi was on the way, type of car and that the driver was called Stu. What a lovely man, got to the venue no bother and even wished the day to be good. The next day was notified again of the taxis arrival. Bother times (there and back the taxi arrived at the exact time) and again it was Stu driving. He asked how the wedding had gone and seemed genuinely interested. If I nerd a taxi any time I always book Copper Cars as I know they are reliable and the drivers are always so pleasant.

The only luxury car company that I use in blyth, which provides quality for money, extremely clean and fresh smelling cars caring drivers and above all safety.

This taxi company is reliable, great friendly helpful drivers. I have been a regular customer for the past six months and I can honestly say they have never let me down. Will not use anyone else. Their set fare policy for Airport and train station is reasonable, no hidden extras so you know upfront exactly what you are paying.

Booked taxi a few days before our trip, at the office in Blyth. Airport trip, an early start time. Communication from start to being picked up was excellent. On time,no hassle and driver Jamal was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

I was travelling between Ashington & Blyth with my small dog after having her groomed, my driver Christian was the most lovely driver, infact, the most friendly taxi driver ive ever had, full of conversation, was no trouble that i was travelling with the dog!

Turns out their drivers are either allergic to using their indicators or just plain idiots, and not to mention the other drivers they have that decide it’s fine to park their car in the middle of a road which then blocks the road.

Was notified when arriving ,and kept up to date , driver was on time and very pleasant and chatty good price good service will definitely use again

Excellent service for our recent airport taxis for our holiday on outbound journey we had a very prompt friendly service with fixed fare we had planned on family to pick us up on return but due to a delay contacted copper cars from Corfu airport who quickly took our flight details and booked it straight in. We landed to another really friendly taxi driver who was there waiting for us. Use copper cars regularly and always receive excellent service

I have been using coppers cars for just over a year now use them daily to and from work, they have the loveliest bunch of drivers polite, friendly and chatty always on time/sharp to pick up, cars are always immaculate, they go above and beyond to keep customers happy I would never use any other taxi company recommend 1000%

Used Copper Cars for the first time for our transfers to and from the airport. Arrived on time, friendly drivers, even carrying our cases to the front door for us, thank you! Highly recommended and will definitely be using again.

We used Copper Cars for the second time on Wednesday. The car was with us within minutes & in the waiting period we were told the model and colour of the car, the registration, and the drivers name. The driver, Robert, was friendly and a very proficient driver. We would not hesitate to use Copper Cars in the future.

I use coppers car's quite aa lot service is always 1st class and driver's are really good always going above and beyond to help.
They are always on time driver's and car's are always clean and tidy.

Absolutely fantastic service from the drivers taking me to and from work the last few weeks on time all the time despite the traffic issues in Blyth, a reasonably priced service including the waiting time which I don’t mind paying given the amount of traffic on the road at the peak times coming out of my estate in bebside

Would rate lower. I booked a taxi to pick my son up for school the night before and it turned up late (booked for 7.50, turned up 7.55 as shown on the invoice I received) then had the check to charge a £5.20 waiting fee when my son went out within a minute! Also had another journey which shows taxi booked 8.28 and journey started 8.28 but charged a £1.28 waiting fee???

The staff, without exception, are amazing. I have mobility and respiratory problems which keep me more or less housebound. I had to go out yesterday. Just for a change it was raining! I was escorted to my taxi by a member of staff brandishing an umbrella. This is the best taxi company in the area and I would never use anybody else
