Well, where do we start, on the 29th February we initially arranged a home visit for possible replacement of patio doors and upstairs Juliet balcony.
On the 2nd March I emailed the sales department on their email address to ask for the appointment to be cancelled as we no longer wanted a quote. I asked for an email reply to confirm the appointment had been cancelled, but received no email reply.
On Sunday 8th March, we attended the Otley showroom and spoke to 'Josh' at the desk. We asked him to cancel the appointment on the 12th March. He confirmed that he would cancel the appointment as requested.
On Thursday 12th March, I was surprised when we received a phone call at 11.05am, from your salesman who had arrived at our house whilst my wife and I were elsewhere, stating that he had an appointment at our house for 11am.
We explained to him that not only had I emailed the sales department to cancel the appointment but also spoken to 'Josh' at Otley showroom on the 8th March asking for the appointment to be cancelled as we longer wanted your services.
All we can say is that it has been disappointing that Coral Windows not only did not reply to potential customers emails, but even when we had spoken to a member of staff face to face at the Otley showroom they still cannot get it right and cancel the appointment as requested, but we suspect that they still sent out their salesman hoping to get us to change our minds and possibly obtain a sale the we made it quite clear we did not want them.
With no communication what so ever from Coral Windows, this has just confirmed that we would not approach Coral Windows again even if we need any new windows. Poor service and lack of communication, shame on you Coral.
If this is poor customer service before you become a customer and place an order...how bad would it be if you become a customer and if anything went wrong with no communication from Coral Windows.
This needs to be better Coral..don't ignore potential customers emails or face to face requests. 🙄.

We are sorry about the confusion with this appointment a member of our senior management team will be in touch to understand exactly what has happened here to ensure this doesn't happen again. We can assure you this is just a case of information not being passed to the salesperson who works remotely. We do have policies to ensure this doesn’t happen but sometimes human error occurs.

Good price, great service.
First of all good price from helpful rep. then all easy to arrange on line.
I needed an outside door fitted urgently and it was ready for fitting even sooner than I expected.
Two pleasant fitters came within a few days and fitted it and cleared all the debris inside and out before the left.
5 days later it needed a small adjustment and fixed it within hours of me ringing them.
Excellent service and I love my new door.

Very quick installation and friendly…
Very quick installation and friendly fitter, very good quality door and felt the difference immediately, no gaps for wind to get through. Catflap was fitted on the day so saved money and ruining a door by having it professionally installed. Door purchased was a stable door with a tilt option which is perfect for spring with the unpredictable weather

Great Value, Excellent Workmanship
We recently had our ageing wood framed bay windows replaced by Gary and Andy at Coral. From the outset, we had confidence in their work as they maintained a clean working environment and were extremely careful in the recovery of the old windows.
Our confidence was not misplaced as they installed the new windows and tidied up the brick work around them perfectly.
Additionally, the workmanship indoors was excellent, the trim and sealing was completed with absolute precision.

Coral windows will be extremely helpful…
Coral windows will be extremely helpful when an order is being placed. They will continually call you to see the order finalised BUT once the work has been done, they stop being so interested. We’ve had countless issues with the frames, sealant's, barrels etc yet no one seems remotely interested. No communication, no way of contacting them directly, & no returned calls. Atrocious.

I have, in actual fact been attempting to contact you through phone & once again, I have gotten nowhere. Passed from pillar to post, yet still the issue hasn’t been resolved. PICKLES is the name you will have for this. Bradford 9, the location. Feel free to try contact us as it’s near impossible to get anywhere with yourselves.

Good Morning, unfortunately we don't store first names in our system and have no method from your review to ascertain your details. If you can supply the details of your order through Trustpilot or direct to by calling us and let us know you have left a review, we will help to resolve this. We are sorry you are not happy with the levels of communication post install, this is definitely something we can help with once we understand how who you have been communicating with. We would like to note though there are numerous ways to contact us directly, you can call or email your install manager who was responsible for your install, you can also ring our main office number and speak to whichever department you would like to get in touch with or you can contact us on our website on whatsapp, or through email, all of which come to our team here at coral.
Edit: After requesting more information through trustpilot and directly through are reply we have had no response. We can only assume this is not a genuine review. If this is not the case we would encourage you to reach out through one of the many methods mentioned above that it is possible to get in touch directly with us.
Bay window
Had my bay window fitted by coral was very satisfied with the result they kept me informed in what was happening the fitters were very friendly and informative.

Was strait forward ordering and getting quote, survey booked during sales visit for measure.
Fitting completed within 2 weeks, very tidy when doing and excellent job.

Professional company from start to finish. David spent time explaining the product and came to the house with samples. Surveyor and installation date all booked straight away. Great installation, would not hesitate to recommend the company.

Hardly a positive word to say
I contacted Coral for a quote a little while ago and ended up booking in to have a new back door and window. The whole thing has been one stress after another. An absolute farce.
Firstly I was told they would arrive between 9:30 - 10:00. After no one showing up by 10:30 and me needing to get on with my own work at some point that day, I called and was told they would actually be round at lunch time.
The door was fitted and after they left I noticed a big scratch on the inside near the handle. I understand it was my responsibility to check it was all okay before signed off but how the fitter could have missed that is beyond me. It was visible from quite far away and for someone who sees these doors all the time; he must have noticed it.
The sealant is a whole other matter - if there is a way to upload photos I would love to share them; I have many. It is so messy and the finish is terrible! Big blobs all over, holes and gaps dotted about all over.. either they were in a rush or simply not bothered.
No one advised me initially I would be having a temporary door panel and that someone would need to come back at a later date to replace this. The fitter told me I should have been advised of this.
Now for the payment! It was agreed with the Design Consultant that I would do 'buy now, pay in 6 months' as I wasn't spending enough to do 'buy now, pay in 12 months'. Which was fine and I agreed I would pay it in full before the 6 month cut off. I asked out of curiosity what the finance would be and she told me she would need to fill in different forms, so no finance months/amounts were discussed.
Following this, I had to call about the panel replacement and this George gentleman told me I was down for 'buy now pay in 12 months'. I explained this can't be right after the previous conversation with the woman.
I called again and spoke to her and she told me she never said 6 months! At this point I was losing my mind. I also was never advised this was a finance agreement in case I didn't pay and only found out when I received the paperwork. I understand the requirement but should definitely have been advised of the process and that I was agreeing to this finance.
Then I had to call to re-arrange the panel replacement and she told me someone would ring me back and they never did so here I am chasing them again..
The fitter came back and as nice as he was, he couldn't see an issue with the terrible messy sealant.
Lastly, I was struggling to remove the key for ages and had to call again to be told that the key has to be removed when it is horizontal. Never in my life but here we are..
I am so so disappointed with the whole thing after being so excited to finally get this done to my house. Overpaid for terrible service and not ONE single apology.
I have read the response from Coral below and am not surprised at the lack of empathy and 'customer first' attitude after reading the responses to the other reviews.
Perhaps the sealant was only mentioned recently due to the SHEER amount of other issues that I don't know if I'm coming or going. I am aware of my payment plan now, but after being told otherwise, what was I to think? Again, no apology. And no accountability. Shameful really. Also just to note, "were sorry you feel", is not an apology.

Good afternoon, we can see from your Electronic choice of funding which you have signed that you did choose 6 months BNPL, this is confirmed on this form which you have from us as well as the agreement letters which you have received from the finance company.
With regard to the sealant, from checking calls and other communications from you, the first time this was mentioned was last night and we are happy to come and review this and change if necessary.
On the panel we always check all components through a stringent quality control, this means that sometimes changes must be made at the last minute this does mean that on rare occasions we find a fault with a panel on dispatch rather than let you down on not installing anything we fit the door and just replace the panel which is a quick job as soon as the replacement comes, which on this occasion was 1 week. We are sorry you feel this was not right but we have found that customers prefer to have something than be let down completely on an install on the rare occasion something like this happens.
Wit regard to the key not coming out of the lock when at certain angles, this is part of the security features of the lock, our lock has a £5000 guarantee it is one of the safest locks on the market and we are very proud of it.
A member of our senior management team will be in contact to discuss this with you as we do feel that maybe we can help with the way you have felt about this may be down to a misunderstanding on some of the things which have occurred.
Couldn't have been easier
I asked for a quotation and received a personal visit and immediate quotation no waiting - after thinking about we proceeded. Just had to send an email to confirm. Received another swift visit from a surveyor who checked all details, corrected any mistakes and checked i could have fitting date i wanted - no problem didn't even need a deposit.
Fitting day arrived - fitters very friendly, polite and did a sterling job. Really impressed carpets protected, mess cleared away couldn't be easier.
Was given full details of how to pay - love the windows. Might be more expensive than others but cannot fault the product or the service
