There was a 90 day money back guarantee which I requested and was told this only applies if the item was unopened but advert said you could try product with peace of mind and return if it didn’t work for you. Emailed customer support and they advised I couldn’t return the item

Secondly received a free 15 min consult and arranged a time for this out of my working day on 26 June 25 at 1015 am. No call came through and they had the cheek to send me an email confirming call took place! Very unhappy to say the least

Please everyone check your amount in the collagen packet.
Over several months i had noticed i was not getting the 30 day amount and have been running short every month even though i used the correct amount stated on packaging.
My last order i actually thought i would count the amount of servings and what a shock!! There was only 20 servings in there , so for months now i have been at a loss.
I did bring this to there attention and they brushed it off saying there scoop which i purchased from them was maybe not accurate.
Bad customer service.
And cutting short on the collagen powder is not acceptable as its not cheap.

i am using your scoop provided by yourselves.
And i have made sure that this is the accurate amount.
This is one third of the amount i have had a loss to over many many months.
Shame you cant reply to my emails but can on trustpilot .

I love the products and have so far received excellent customer service but today I am left feeling very disappointed. I recently skipped all my subscriptions because I seem to be stockpiling a supply of each supplement I buy due to their no longer being a notification that my order is due. I try to check regularly to avoid receiving too much product but as I buy six different supplements I don’t always succeed. I skipped an order that I am now told is on its way because I actioned over the weekend. The attitude of the customer service agent was far from satisfactory telling me that orders placed on a weekend are only updated on the next business day, I did not place an order, I skipped an order and so it was my fault. The agent went on to say my skip action only applied to the next upcoming order, I didn’t place an order…confusing and unclear! I am absolutely sure this is an automated process that could be actioned every day. At my protestations the agent told me reminders notifications are still being sent… not to me evidently. It was after 4 exchanges of dialogue that the agent became sorry for my problem…. at the point they thought I was about to cancel the subscription. Very disappointing reaction to a valuable customer with a problem . You need to do better Correxico

Why does this company not give several days notice when an subscription order is due to be shipped? I opened my email this morning to discover that money had been taken from my bank account for an order I don't want, and have not been given the opportunity to cancel or rearrange!

Subscribed initially so that I could try the product. Didn't like the product but had no emails to say that I could manage the subscription or that my next order was pending. Just shipped and debited. I now have another unwanted month's supply of an unwanted product. I have several subscription services. All of them alert me of an upcoming shipment. Personally feel that companies that can't do this are a little unethical and relying on customer not taking the initiative to manage their sub and get to retain. Will never return because of this.

Really good customer services and I highly recommend their marine collagen - fish skin only is a purer form of collagen and taking scales off reduces risk of micro plastics etc . Be warned manufacturers don’t mention that their collagen includes scales as well as skin unless you specifically ask them as saying fish skin on packaging often incorporate scales! Listening to Dr Dinuk talk on Lisa snowdens blog is insightful. Purity is what all his products stand for - I have felt an enormous benefit over time especially joints, increased energy and feelings of wellbeing . I also take their vitamins B complex and omega 3.

I am repeat customer. I love the Marine collagen, hate being without it. When are you going to sort out sending to Italy? I don't understand why you cannot ship to Italy.

The Correxiko collagen powder I use is good, my nails seem to be stronger than before. I got this in the sale so that was an added bonus.

The product is good and I’ve noticed a difference in the condition of my skin, for the better. Unfortunately when you changed couriers my product arrived late which resulted in my having to go a few days without any collegen which broke my cycle. An idea might be to send subscriptions a couple of days earlier so as to avoid any break in taking supplements. Thanks

I have been taking the products for 9 months and can honestly say, I haven’t noticed any difference. I really hoped to have by now.

I have been taking Correxiko collagen capsules and ultra Omega 3 capsules for two months now and I have noticed a difference in the texture of my hair, it just seems softer and smoother. Not sure if it's any thicker but I have noticed where i have a little sparse patch at the front side of my hair i've got new hair growing. My nails which are very week, are getting stronger and are growing better. Overall i can see a difference so i will continue to take them.
