I ordered a large sideboard from Cotswold company. I paid extra for packaging to be removed and taken away and to choose a day and time slot and everything went through much more smoothly and quickly than I was expecting. There was good communication throughout. Having the packaging removed outside before bringing the cupboard in was a real game changer for me. The delivery men were polite and efficient. I've used this company a few times now and highly recommend them.

Christina was extremely helpful. Looking forward to our new furniture which looked lovely in the store.

I received my first delivery of furniture yesterday and was very pleased with the quality of the items. They were delivered by Morgan and Jacob who were a pleasure to deal with. They were professional, courteous and a great advert for the company. A great company to do business with.

Both Gary and Jake were very helpful when delivering my bedside cabinet. They unwrapped it and placed it in position upstairs.Both were polite and respectful.

Ian and Harmon did a great job at bringing everything in and up to the bedroom, very nice guys who got straight on with assembly. Excellent, showed me the results, cleared up well and took away all the rubbish.

Outstanding job from Graeme and Jordan G from the Cotswold company. They arrived as scheduled and tackled an incredibly heavy, challenging task with absolute professionalism.
They had to carry 14 large, heavy pieces of furniture up to the first floor. Despite the exhausting job, they remain incredibly polite, cheerful and very friendly. They handled all items carefully, ensuring nothing got damaged!

Siu-Pai and Raj, delivered our items on time and were quick and efficient at assembling the tables . They were friendly and helpful at explaining how the tables extended etc . Cleared away all the rubbish efficiently . Excellent service

We visited the Bath branch twice, on the 20th July to look at dining furniture products and again on the 27th July to place an order. On both occasions we were served by Kate who had excellent knowledge and made us feel at ease and confident about the advice she gave. The sideboard, table and chairs we ordered were delivered this morning only 10 days after the order was placed. The delivery team, Ian and Colin (6888787) were friendly and efficient assembling the table and removing all the packaging. We are delighted with the service we have received throughout.

Visited the store in Bath. Christina was very helpful, detailing the various options available in a couple of ranges that we were interested in.
Measured up at home, rang store and spoke with Kate to establish some dimensions that were not available on the web site.
Rang again later and ordered bedroom furniture. Arriving in less than 2 weeks. The shop trip was useful as we were able to check on the quality of the product. We will be shopping there again.
Update following delivery 10/08/26.
Was advised of 3 hour delivery slot Sunday, day before planned receipt. Turned up 07:40, nice and early which suited us. Unpacked the furniture outside, delivered it to the required room, took away the waste as promised. Polite and courteous.

Nick and Raj delivered the dining table that we bought on time and they assembled the table very professionally. They were quick and were very respectful of the house. Cotswold customer service is wonderful. Thank you.

Great services from the staff in store and lovely delivery team x2 who assembled the wardrobes for us - very neat and tidy job and polite friendly guys. The products are all really high quality, solid wood, dovetail joints. Had a small issue with wardrobe handles - customer services resolved it promptly. Very happy with everything we have bought so far.

Ian and Colin - delivered my double pantry to my tiny cottage yesterday - they went above and beyond - even had to take off my back door to get the pantry in safely - I would 100% recommend Cotswold and I adore my pantry - bookcase next 😊
