Truely honest mechanics and shop owner
Truely honest mechanics and shop owner. My check engine light turned on and I was pretty sure that there was going to be a long list of issues with my 15 year old car. The owner had a look at it, moved a hose or 2 around said there was really no issue. The light turned off just after. I was pleased enough with his honesty that I decided to get an oil change from him. I'll be returning to Cottman again when my car needs more repairs.

Most managers even if they are not busy do not leave the desk. This manager took the time to diagnosis my problem by asking very good questions. And then left his desk and made the repair himself .
I would highly recommend this transmission shop.

Gian Was great in the front office. CVT transmissions are typically totally replaced at dealership for 4800-5500, $2750
and I basically got a re-manufactured CVT, with same 12
month/12K
mile warranty as dealership.

The shop was very professional and completed my transmission and rear differential drain and fill in a prompt manner. They also did a free inspection which assured me I had no issues to worry about. They also had great competitive prices and would highly recommend them.
