I order a mattress through Coyuchi with the assurance that my old mattress would be taken away and recycled through LoadUp. Long story short, Coyuchi has not completed my order with LoadUp, and my Coyuchi mattress has been delivered. So, I now have a 140 pound mattress in my living room and nowhere to put it because I still have my old mattress.

Three calls to customer service with promises of a link to schedule my old mattress to be picked dup, with zero follow through. Emails to their customer service address have gone unanswered. Nice, expensive products, but a customer service debacle. Beware.

Product appears nice .. for a steep price over $300 for a duvet cover one would expect it to be new and free of stains but unfortunately I was lucky enough to receive a stained duvet and discovered it after I had paid dry cleaning to put the comforter inside of it - not happy this is outrageous for an overpriced product from an apparent trusted company - will not be ordering again

We bought several sets of Coyuchi organic bath towels, and very quickly they developed a mildewy smell that is impossible to remove through washing.

I tried to post a review of the towels on their website but they blocked it... Seems they only allow positive reviews (a shady practice!). I will never buy from them again and strongly recommend against them.

Bought a few of their percale fitted sheets. Both sheets ripped after 6-8 months of use. I emailed them and they said it’s too late to exchange. Awful quality - beware of companies that promote so heavily with influencers and codes.
