Great Customer Service by Local Company
Appointment arranged within a week of phoning.
Kyle arrived within the time slot and completed two repair jobs within an hour. The bill for labour and a replacement part was around £100.
Very friendly, professional service from initial phone call to job completion.

Great service. Booked Sunday for Tuesday. Easy to book. Kyle was great. On time and very helpful.
Even helped book a 3rd party visit from Worcester to save us money on parts as we were still under warranty. Couldn’t have been more helpful. I always book here.

Disappointed as usual
I'm sure the service was in order. I just wished the engineer had left the boiler switched on. I always seem to have an issue every year and am fed up with it. Unlikely to use this company again.

When you called the office we advised that all you need to do is turn the switch on.
Similar to when you walk into a dark room you turn the light switch on.
It possibly took more effort to write this review than to flick a switch I’m sure.
When you called we were happy to walk you through it.

This mob keeps sending me text messages…
This mob keeps sending me text messages telling me my gas boiler is due a service when they don’t know where I live or what kind of heating I use, they must have retained my phone number from around ten years ago and roll it out every November, I told them I never deal with any company that sends me unsolicited messages but I think the penny hasn’t dropped yet

Having received a competitive quote I went ahead with installation of two vertical radiators. The installation was on time, looked great and Rob was very pleasant.
After 3 weeks, one radiator had stopped working; only partially heating up. Cozy Heat came out to balance the flow to make it work again at an additional charge.
