What made my experience great?
Althought I'm not yet a client, my experience has been great due to the clear communicationand helpful guidelines provided by Amy Sandford. She was a tremendous support, offering thorough and insightful information that helped me to understand everything I needed! Her assistance made the entire process feel straightforward, and im grateful for her patience and responsitiveness.

Great support given over the year via webinars and discussions also a F2F Forum meeting in October 2024 was great and would highly recommend CPDSO and its stug for help.

From the first communication with CPD's Amy, I have to say I was impressed with the professionalism and the efficiency of the organization. She was very responsive to my questions - even connecting with me on WhatsApp so it would be easier to communicate. Once the initial enquiries were sorted out, I was handed over to Annie who was the assessor. Annie was very professional and was really supportive in helping me navigate their global requirements - some of which were not required in my home country. Overall, it was a 5-star experience. I highly recommend The CPD Standards Office to anyone who supports educational courses to assist in personal and professional development. They are an outstanding organisation with staff who enthuse in their care and support of their clients. I have received outstanding customer care, advice and guidance from Rachael Ward for several years now.

After I received no positive response from Elearning college support team since the 16th of May 2024, I contacted the CPD standards office for assistance on 26 June 2024 in relation to the authenticity and accreditation status of the course and certificate. Mr Aref Alabed, the region manager was extremely helpful, he verified and confirmed that indeed the certificate and course was accredited and valid. I am happy with the response.
