Charged £7.95 for a milkshake. No prices on show. Head office haven’t returned my emails querying this amount. Different outlets charge different prices. Have not returned for this reason.

Really loved the Dubai strawberry’s cup first to get it in Kilburn creams cafe highly recommended me and my friend loved it!!

Came here with the family to celebrate daughter’s birthday. The service was excellent! Staff so friendly and helpful. Our ice creams and waffles were delicious. Would highly recommend and visit again.

Eastbourne branch. Items missing, food cold, disgusting food nothing like the pictures on the website dont be mislead. Complained in person but told to take it up with Just Eat - regardless of creams themselves not preparing the food as described. Told that Just Eat were taking orders to far and therefore the hotness of food was effected. It was stone cold.

So the person (male) serving behind counter at this branch is a CHEAT! The other person (female) is an accomplice too, as she didn’t correct him either when he put extra charges!

Yes, you read that right - an ice cream parlour / dessert shop tried to cheat me for a soft-serve!! I mean it feels so sad to even write this - an ice cream shop is supposed to sell smiles and happiness and instead today it upset me.

I have till now never put a review bashing any staff, but this person has tried to cheat us by trying to charge twice the amount for 1 soft serve.

So, in the past two days as the temperatures went high, my partner and I visited the branch and from this very same person - purchased 2 soft-serve in large cone for £1.75/- (£1 for ice cream and £0.75 for large cone while they said £0.50 for small cone) the photos have the purchase details £1.75 x 2 = £3.50/- .

But today evening, I went and requested again the same person and they charged me £2.75/- for the large cone. (£2/- for ice cream and £0.75 for the cone)

I tried to even remind him that both my partner and I have visited in the past two days and have purchased this same just yesterday but he point blank refused and said “it must have been an error!”
Error - twice?!?! Excuse me - what BS!

And what he did next was really shocking - he said for £1.75/- he would fill the ice cream but only half - I mean see it is not about paying £1 extra for ice cream - i am a consumer of ice cream tubs worth £6 as well but this was about ethics of charging customers the correct price what has been set! This is clearly bluffing the customer with whatever they feel like charging.

And on top of that he was so arrogant - he is shouting at me saying you want it or not.. and when I asked him to charge correctly he said just go away he won’t serve the ice cream to me.

I tried asking his name and he refused to give it and when asked to call the manager he said he was the manager!

I mean is this what is expected from a chain like CREAMS? I have adored and been to this brand for several years…. But this experience has shocked me and if this how their managers work then I forbid to eat here anymore!

I am looking to reach out to consumer protection and escalate this because this is unjustified way of treating customers!

Ordered off uber in cardiff. They delivered in a paper bag and the pizza boxes the cookie dough are in are not put in flat there on the side, so both cookie doughs ruined all stuck to the box. Why not use bags where you can place them foat this is bound to happen

BBQ chicken hot pocket, tasted like shit. I think the best thing for Creams to do is stop selling it respectfully 😂. Worst thing I have ever tried🤢🤢🤢

Don't waste your money going to CAMBERLEY CREAMS , manager couldn't careless about the customers , as his staff seem to use other staff logins on the till,had to wait 40 minutes for 5 waffles, .. ridiculous time , the boy serving didn't say hello or may I rake your order, just looked at you, didn't ask if anyone had any allergies, all the desserts came out at different times, instead of one go, was adults 1st then kids, shame the kids started to get upset, but the waffles were tough not light or warm or crispy , I've never been to a creams in my life with shocking service, asked to speak to the manager yet he just hid else where didn't show his face .. yet happy to take money yet deal with complaints wrong need a refresh course on how to manage staff ,and deal with issues rather than hiding the girls working were lovely, polite, caring , lads sorry need manners plus the manager that can't even manage , plus a hygiene course is needed as staff licking fingers while doing food in front of customers is a HUGE no no

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Creams in Reading. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The service was quick, professional, and added to the overall positive vibe.

We started with a savoury option – the BBQ chicken hot pocket – and were pleasantly surprised by how tasty and satisfying it was. Unlike a pie or wrap, it wasn’t heavy or dry, making it a perfect choice to kick off our visit.

For dessert, my wife chose the Creams Sundae Royale, which she described as absolutely divine. I went for the Millionaires crepes, which were light, indulgent, and perfectly cooked. To round it all off, I had a hot, full-bodied cappuccino, while my wife enjoyed a thick iced coffee that tasted properly of coffee, not watered down like some places.

Overall, the food and service were both top-notch, and we’ll be visiting again. If there’s a small suggestion for the management, perhaps turn up the heating a little, as it was noticeably cold, and it would be to consider updating the furnishings, as they’re starting to look a little worn. But that’s a minor point in what was otherwise a delightful outing.

Great shakes in Newcastle today, served by serviceminded and friendly young lady, who helped us pick between the many delicious options ; )

Markus gave great customer service -I was pretty sure it was my mistake I’d ordered the wrong thing for my son but he added the extra things anyway to make it into what he had expected & made me & my son very happy.

Such a pathetic experience in Morden Cafe!!
We went to eat and wanted to had a good time. We ordered the food and were waiting. Our food was delivered to someone else and people who had it, touched the food then they returned the food that its not theirs. Then the same food was delivered to us on our table, upon which we said that we wont accept this as other customers has touched the food. One waitress took the food back and then another waiter came again with the same food and forced us to take the food. We told him that other customers has touched the food, he picked up the food rudely from our table and went back and threw the plate at the counter. The whole cafe could hear the sound of plate thrown away. Haris had a such shitty behaviour that he forced us to take food which other customers has already touched it.
He didn’t even apologise for his behaviour and kept on being rude.
This is such a bad behaviour on work place. Haris ruined our night out and time.
Never going to back again with people having such bad behaviour. Who don’t even know how to respect customers..

Staff were friendly and very nice, the food was also prepared very quickly and it was very nice.

Always has the best ice cream and amazing shake Harlow branch custmer service is outstanding they are so kind serve you with smile just love everything there, waffle, shakes, icereams.

I got a delivery from here and when it turned up my crepe was hard, the cookie dough wasn’t cookie dough and just a cookie, the waffle was okay and the whole order was cold. The whipped cream came as ice cream. On top of that my bubble tea spilt all into the bag so the crepe box was soaked and all the bubbles had popped. To keep it from spilling there was cling film round it which clearly did nothing. For £42 it was not worth it at all.

Why was my waffle ice cold for the second time. Ice cream yuk. Not worth the price. Very disappointing.

Well…..Where do I start🤦‍♀️as soon as I entered the vibe was off- the atmosphere was just so dry. I went to order with my family for my young daughter’s birthday and I got rudely interrupted and told I wasn’t welcome to eat inside even though I was there way before closing time. Then my daughter needed the toilet and she was told she wasn’t allowed and they locked the door. Very disappointed with the rudeness of the staff here tonight.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🙄🙄🙄

Discriminatory and Embarrassing Treatment at Creams, Edgware Road
As a regular customer at Creams, Edgware Road, I was deeply disappointed by my recent visit. I entered to use the restroom quickly before placing my usual order, but the waiter followed me a long distance and insisted I order first, right in front of the toilet door. This felt uncomfortable, unnecessary, and discriminatory, and was incredibly embarrassing in front of other customers.

Such unprofessional behavior has completely put me off, and I won’t be returning unless this issue is addressed.
