NAUR. JUST NAUR. THE COOKIE DOUGH. U KNOW WHAT IT WAS UNDER COOKED. THEY DECIEVE U WITH THE TOPPINGS AND WHAT LIES UNDERNEATH IS A MYSTERY THEY WILL NEVER TELL. THE PLATING IS NOT EVEN PRETTY. NO EFFORT MADE.

Poor Service

We entered over an hour before closing time and were told we couldn't eat in.

The staff were clearly unhappy to take our order.

I ordered a large milkshake and only received a regular. I realised this later when I compared with my partner's regular size.

Majorly sub par quality food and drink when compared to Leamington Spa Creams.

This is my second bad experience at Telford Creams.

Found hair on my crepe and the staff denied it and won’t change it or giver us a refund!
Terrible staff and worst customer service I ever experienced. Found hair on my kids crepe and showed it to the waiter, he took it back and another staff came back telling me that all the staff wear nets so the hair doesn’t belong to them. No apology, just rudeness from her literally telling me off for finding hair! When I asked to speak to a manager due to her unprofessional and appalling behaviour she claimed she was the manager and apparently she is the owner for Kingston creams. But when I asked for my money back as we did not touch the desert, she wasn’t willing to change it for a new one she refused to refund my money, and her explanation was how is she going to answer to the people above her when food is going to waste. She literally made my 7 year old cry and threatened to call the police when I wanted to know her name! The waiter tried to calm her down and she pushed him away! I’m just shocked an appalled by this woman’s behaviour. I did call the police as I felt so insulted by her behaviour and my daughter was crying out loud as she was shouting at us to get out. But the police couldn’t do anything and told me to complain. Save yourself the drama and don’t go to creams in Kingston! None of the staff members refused to give me her name and here is the picture of the rude staff who claims she’s the the owner of creams in Kingston.

Was greeted by Yasmin, who I noticed was running around trying to attend to customers. I must say Yasmin went over and above to bring us what we requested.

We often go to creams in Coventry city which is near to hillfields....Amazing place and wonderful customer service. The staff gave a wonderful surprise on my husband's bday. The entire staff came to wish him along with a cake....it was a very beautiful moment.

The food is ok, however the service was rubbish. We came on a very quite Thursday evening with only two other tables. They didn’t bring us any cutlery to eat our food with and when I finally went to get it I was told to sit down and that it would be brought to us - it never was we had to go and get it again. They also gave us the wrong food which contained nuts which could be dangerous to people with allergies. Overall not a great atmosphere. Probably won’t come again.

Creams Edgware- placed an order today and got my ice cream wrong, my milkshake came with no straw

Waited 2 hours received nothing then check app says been delivered and then have the audacity to ask if we enjoyed the food!! Don’t answer there phone. Appalling service from start to finish. Wish I checked there reviews before ordering

My sister and I were in Blackpool for the weekend on 5th August 2022, we stopped off for a waffle........we were not disappointed. The waffles were so light, made fresh there and then. The ice cream and toppings were gorgeous too. Would highly recommend going there, we wanted to go back again before leaving, but it did not open early enough or we would have had another waffle for sure.

Bill was 23.35, gave him 30, change was 4pounds in small coins, asked for the remaining change and receipt, he couldn't print, but printer magicly repaired itself on next bill. Still gave change only 6 pounds. Service poor, very very poor. Ice creams very nice though. Never would go to at least to this creams unless kids. P.S don't take Taro buble tea, disgusting. Gants hill, IG2.
4th visit similar story every time

Visted this so called Restaurant with family. Very poor bad staff attitude regarding customers orders. Ordered 2x waffles and 1 crepe. The crepe cream came out a good 15 minutes before the waffles creams came out. When i went to the counter to find out when the waffles would be ready, was spoken to rudely by a member of Creams. I did try to explain that familys would like to eat together as a family. Then again was spoken to rudely again, asked to speak to a manager, but was told that a manager was not at the restaurant. Creams Cafe, Brixton sw9.

Ordered desert for my kids not delivered cancelled order and then charge me rang the southall creams branch so unhelpful and rude never again and useless delivery drivers

Charged me £5 for an ice-cream in a cone and then had the audacity to tell me that they couldn’t give me my change that was owed to me! They even thought it was funny! I will not be buying an ice-cream or anything for that matter from creams cafe in Orpington again!

2nd time visiting and unfortunately same experience. You need a great deal of patience as service is non existing.

4 members of staff behind the counter. 3 having a laugh with their back to the shop. One focused on cutlery.

Cutlery girl finally saw me and did not answer my question about serving me.

Anyhow got my ice-cream which actually is non descript quite a shame.

Morden Branch Surrey - I ordered on Deliveroo and the cookie dough that arrived was ROCK HARD! It could be used as a weapon. I contacted Deliveroo who gave me a number to call and the man who answered (can only assume the manager of creams) was the most rudest and utterly disgusting person I have ever spoken to. He even hung up on me. I urge you all to order from another branch. If this is how customers are treated, I dread to think how the food is handled.

Very slow service. They bought the wrong order out after waiting 20mins for it. Won't be coming to Hounslow branch again.

Doncaster branch - went in to buy ice creams for my daughter, granddaughter and self. Stood waiting to order in front of the check out. Had to say that I was ready to order, after a minute or so as they were nattering.

We just wanted a simple cone then to see that +50p to have a cone rather than £2.50 for a scoop in a tub. I’d accepted it was a bit of a treat and my total bill would be £7.50.

In silent protest, but shocked, I opted to do without. Allowing my daughter and granddaughter their treat. My bill, £6.00.
loss of £1.50 to the company. Even in the supermarket a pack of 10 waffle cones is about £1.30.

I walked over to the counter and asked how long it would take to be told they’d do them when they’d done the orders. 5 minutes plus. Granted everyone has to wait their turn. I’m happy with that but when you see 5 members of staff 3 stood talking, 2 of which at the counter and 2 chatting while at machines. You kind of think not great customer service.

Then you have chance for the eyes to wander and the cleanliness, or lack there of, is obvious.

Lovely person came to serve us and said that she’d have to double cone because the cones were broken. Oh dear.

In the current and future economic climate it makes me so cross that companies value instant profit rather than looking after future projections. Keeping a client base through loyalty and fair pricing. We’ve all got to be careful with money. What are people going to choose as their treat. Certainly not icecream parlours if they’re not up to spec. Customer service and product are as important as each other.

I won’t be going back. Once bitten.
