I received an extremely prompt service. On my first day back from holiday, I had an afternoon TEAMS meeting, for which I needed to pre-authorise incurring the time costs involved. My request in the morning was immediately responded to by Natalie Harman despite its last minute nature.
After the meeting I updated her with the actual time costs and within less than one day, I have received from Natalie the further authorisation, to enable me to render my invoice.
That is an extremely efficient service which of course is hugely appreciated.
Vikki is very easy to talk to and made an effort to discuss my queries in a considered way.

Personnel at the other end of the phone are always very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I always get a solution to my queries whilst on the phone but I do find the website a little hard to navigate when declaring clients have paid for the insurance.
