I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. The quality is exceptional, designs are unique and customer service is great. Already bought 5 rings, and looking forward to the exclusive designs this year.

Crooked Howlet goes above and beyond for their customers. They have always been prompt with their replies, transparent with their process, and the ring you receive at the end is beautifully crafted and lasts a lifetime. Can’t recommend them enough!

Ryan and the amazing team at Crooked Howlet Design are absolutely incredible. I own 8 rings and a necklace and the quality of their service is second to none. Their jewellery is on an even higher level of quality - every piece that I own is impeccably designed, crafted and finished. Cannot recommend CHD enough - looking forward to wearing these pieces and handing them down through the generations to come.

I feel somewhat obligated to leave a review after seeing some of the other negative reviews on this page to stand behind a local company that I love and share my expierences. As I said I've had a lot of expierences with Crooked Howlet and all my expirences have been A++, I'm someone with a customer service background myself and I can certainly understand that not every solution can be resolved and the issue(s) can arise from either side.

Regardless onto the review!

Throughout all of my purchases I've actually had to make contact with customer service quite a few times, to no fault of Crooked Howlet really but more questions around sizing, resizing, custom orders, voucher usage etc. Each time I've been in contact I've recived a fast and knowledable response they have an online chat on their website which almost returns an instant reply, as well as an email you can get in contact via and generally respond within 1-3 days. If anyone from the team see's this Jane is an absoute asset to the team and always has a response/answer or she's able to find out. Let me tell you, if you show her this review she probably knows me because I am a pain in the butt and have reached out a bunch. Anyways, I've completed a customer order where I met in person with someone to discuss sizing, I've completed a free resizing as well as a paid resizing after owning a ring for months. I have never had any issue or hesitation in completing one of these requests. If anything the team has gone above and beyond to resolve any issue or questions I have. I would extend this feedback to both Reece and India from the Bespoke team (Custom orders) who helped me through a lengthy design/sizing/creating phase of a custom ring I had made for my father.

Some of the rings have arrived within 2 weeks, and some over holiday periods in particuarly have taken longer, and my Bespoke the longest by far (granted we went back and foward over design ideas, renders, sizes etc and I said time was of 0 importance to me). To me this is all expected, if you want a ring in a 2 day turn around you probably want to head down to your local wallace bishop and buy something off the shelf. These rings are high quality and individual from a local growing buisness, stuff takes time ya know! Regardless if you reach out the team is always able to tell you an expected eta etc and I've never felt the time was abnormally long, for example I did wait a few weeks on a resize and it was just due to a backlog around Christmas I reached out, they ensured me they had it and the changes were underway. Something else I would commend is the speed of the shipping once the ring is complete, granted I live in a cbd location it is in a different state to their home factory and I almost always recieve next day shipping.

Anyway, I hope that this review is a little bit refreshing from the others and can help with everyones expectations. Every one of my expierences with Crooked Howlet has been A+++ in every facet from the point of purchase, contact with customer service to arrival of the final peiece. I will continue to be a happy and loyal customer although I am running out of fingers.

Go in with expectations of a high quality local buisness, communicate with customer service when you need to, have reasonable expectations of turn around time especially with custom pieces or during peak times, order early if you need!

The whole team always stay in contact through the whole casting process as well as the after care needs. I've bought 20+ prices from these guys for a reason.

Have ordered multiple rings over the last few years. The quality of work has always been top tier and when there has been a flaw with the stone in one of my rings they’ve replaced it with no questions asked.

Amazing designs that are made to order.

The quality of product and service you get with this brand is unmatched. Yes the rings take time to be made and delivered, but the end product is well worth the wait. I have purchased many rings from the company and keep coming back because of the unique designs and consistently high quality work.

The team communicate really well when there are delays, and will remake products to ensure you receive the best service. I recommend this brand to everyone I know looking for quality jewellery.

I have been a customer of Crooked Howlett Designs for almost 4 years. I have over 10 of their pieces, and worked with them on a custom piece for my Fiancée and have gifted their products to friends. They are always courteous, provide great products, and willing to work with the customer. No one else has the quality of craftsmanship and design that CHD has.

I love this brand. All my rings are from CHD. including a wedding band that I wear sometimes. Their design, quality of product is what makes me keep coming back for more. Their silver is incredible. Does not leave silver marks or stains and shines up real nice.

I have bought 4 rings (two from the catalogue, 1 special edition, and 1 custom) and 2 pendants from Crooked Howlett. The designs are great and the quality is impeccable. With the exception of the pendants, all of the rings I've ordered take time to go through production so you need factor this in when ordering - it's not off the shelf. I've had to have one ring resized which I thought was going to be a problem because it was a limited edition, but I was surprised that it was essentially remade without any issues and is now one of my favourite pieces.
My latest purchase is the skull pendant which arrived very quickly. It's a very subtle piece, but I think I prefer that to a chunky pendant. Overall, the only frustration I've had with the company is having to wait for your order to be made, but if you want fast fashion, you shouldn't be shopping with these guys. This stuff will last a lifetime and look good while doing it

Love these guys. Have lost track of how many rings I’ve bought lol including a custom design for my wife. Always shipped promptly with tracking and any issues have been sorted quickly by the team. Great service and communication. Couldn’t recommend higher!
