****SCAM COMPANY**** Company states they are based out of Texas. After ordering, tracking showed products coming from UK. After 3 months, I still have not received my order. I reached out to the company. The first link I received from them showed the package stuck "in transit". After reaching out for assistance, the company sent a different tracker showing delivered. The company would not help me After that and refused to refund or replace my order. Now I'm out $75. Company uses a third party tracking site with no confirmations and no validity.

Ordered two shirts for 4th of July. It has now been 39 days and no clear indication they will be delivered. I have written to their support @crosslumina.com they send back a new tracking link that always states the oackage is in transshipment whatever that indicates?

Ordered a pair on black linen pants with the men’s shirt. Again I was duped in thinking this was an American company. But the issue was they sent the ugliest pair of grinch pants! Their mistake and to get the correct item isn’t happening because now it’s out of stock. They only wanted to refund me $5 for their mistake. I paid $10. I emailed that no I wanted the full amount I paid since it wasn’t my fault and they responded back with an $8 refund. Tried again to get a full refund and they messaged that was all they’d pay. Shipping the God awful ugly pants wasn’t an option because I would have to pay to return them overseas. Again not my error! Hopefully someone, unlike myself, reads the reviews and thinks twice before buying for their scam company.

1. The quality of the material and the colors are good.
2. Sizing is terrible, I ordered one size larger and should have ordered 2 sizes larger which is ridiculous.
3. Ordered all men's shirts and was sent a women's on one of them. I assume it's women's based on the buttons are opposite.
4. Not American made as promoted, came from China via Ireland and took 8 weeks to arrive with almost zero communication.
5. No customer service. Don't try to contact them, it loops back to the same FAQs.
The only reason they received 2 stars is the fabric and colors! I do not recommend ordering from this company.

This company is a scam. I ordered a 250 America shirt that clearly said it was made in Texas. I started getting emails with shipping status updates. They said it was coming from Ireland. I contacted them and their response was that they had warehouses all over the world. They finally admitted it was made in Ireland. I finally received it and where is it made? China!

tried to find an America 250 t shirts, for men all I see are polos, found one for my wife, when i searched nothing comes up your website sucks. I can go to the store and purchase but i liked some of yours

Horrible quality and return policy. Took forever to deliver. You have to pack it and pay postage to China, they know this and offer you a cheap refund offer.

They misrepresented their product on a website. I paid $83 for something that wasn't what I ordered. They said they gave refunds but refused to give me one. Do not buy anything from this website.

Never received product and no refund, no help.

Absolutely a scam. Do not order anything!

This is a scam site. They say the clothing is made in Texas, but they are all shipped from China.

We put in an order, and after several weeks we still haven't received it. They send tracking numbers, but those all go to Chinese sites and there is no real tracking.

I learned a $30 lesson. I ordered a shirt from this company. They advertised that they were in Texas. I received two separate emails with two separate logos providing me a tracking number. One said my order was going through customs in Ireland and the other says it is in customs in China. This is a FRAUDULENT company. DO NOT order from them.

Advertised as made in US, when I placed order and got a tracking number, said it was coming from China. I ordered 2 months ago, and still haven't received my purchase. Contacted customer service 2x and its just an automated system that kicks back a tracking number, which I already have. I responded with requesting a refund, but I doubt i’ll get my money back

If I could rate this company a negative I would. Advertised as made in Texas. I received notifications that the product is supposedly coming from overseas. Ordered two shirts over a month ago and have not received anything.

It is advertised as American made in Fredericksburg Texas. I placed an order for 6 shirts. It took a month to receive from Switzerland. Once it finally arrived the quality is terrible. Sizing is not even close. Returns require approval and you have to pay the return shipping fees. Beware and do not order from them!!!

The shirts were cheap, thin and small. To return them, we would have to pay shipping to china.
