I made an offer on their service
I made an offer on their service, but finally I had to retract and close my account due to an unpleasant experience with their representatives. I inquired about how their service will be paid for and instead of a professional explanation I got an unclear explanation and the service required too many steps. Having came across # gcasco # they do just right by my and they don't take forever responding to questions.
Completely scammer. Total loss
Completely scammer. Invested $25K and lost it entirely. The promised cash flow and capital gain never comes true.

I got fed up and looked for help online, where I found 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶è𝗱 𝙇𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙡 𝘼𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚. They helped me recover my money within days
c-reit fund is at LOSS!!!
My Crowdstreet fund investment is at a loss but these clowns continue to charge fee, what a joke!! Who ever that sat on the board to make decision for projects must have low brain capacity. Complete dog crap investments. Rather than pay investors, it's mostly to pay CrowdStreet fees at this point . You need to do better or get out of the investment business. Your whole leadership team should be FIRED!!! No wonder you left portland for austin and now new york city. You are sending me private credit deals but that world is burning down, never listen to what crowdstreet says is the key to success.
They provide no service
CrowdStreet is a platform through which Sponsors with no veritable track record raise capital from HNW individuals. If a Sponsor is worth a damn, they would not have to come to retail investors to raise capital.
They don't properly vet the companies…
They don't properly vet the companies on their platform. I've lost my initial investment on half of the deals and I am not sure how the remaining one will turn out. These are high-risk venture and they only care about collecting their commission.
I am benefiting a lot from the opportunities #GoIdbIoom #𝑙aboratories offers. They are much more transparent about their serice and payments are processed in just minutes.
Seems a scam and no liquidity
Invested in three projects. For last several years no distributions on any. One project sold for a total loss. They don’t vet the projects and there is zero transparency on returns and financials. Even the K-1 dont get posted till after the tax deadline and no response from this company. It seems a scam as once you invest there is zero liquidity.
stay the hell away!
stay away from crowdstreet!!! where do i even begin? like a sleek sales man, i believed the bad projects sold ... they will tell you they are selective about projects but is bad sponsors like keener, liquid capital, etc. you are dealing with. crowdstreet doesn't do anything but gets paid fees. of my 6 deals, i have lost 100% of my money in 3, the others have had capital calls and looking like a loss. crowstreet leadership is either incompetent or has no idea what is going on given the amount of money they have lost for investors. they took away the forums for us investors to chat and they are not transparent. this is a complete sham. STAY AWAY FROM CROWDSTREET.
I invested as an LP through CrowdStreet…
I invested as an LP through CrowdStreet and learned an important lesson about platform risk. While the property ultimately sold, LP investors were common equity, last in the capital stack, and bore the full downside from leverage, litigation, and post-close escrows.
CrowdStreet earns platform and servicing fees regardless of investor outcome, while LPs have no control over execution, legal exposure, or exit timing. The deal functioned more like venture equity than traditional real estate, which may not be obvious to newer investors.
Not alleging wrongdoing — just encouraging prospective investors to fully understand incentives, capital stack position, and worst-case scenarios before investing via a platform.
No underwriting of the sponsor or the…
No underwriting of the sponsor or the individual dual. Not transparent at all. There used to be a forum where investors could share experiences and ask questions but they removed it.
Don't Invest with Crowdstreet
They don't properly vet the companies presenting offers on their platform. I've lost the original equity invested on 2 out of 4 deals and am uncertain how the last two will close out. These are high risk deals and Crowdstreet really just cares about collecting their commission.
Stay away
Stay away. Four of nine of my investments went bust and lost most of my investments. The sponsors are allowed to pump and dump.

CrowdStreet Deletes Reviews, Wants to Silence Investors
Several years ago, I posted an honest two-star Google review of this company based on my investment experience. This got a lot of likes and periodic notifications from Google that it was helpful to thousands of people. Then one day, the review disappeared. I then re-posted the same review, and this cycle repeated itself - after a lot of likes and high ranking of the post, it got deleted, along with all others that provided a rating of less than 4 or 5 stars. (I can be under no illusions as to who was responsible for these deletions - reviews of other businesses that I wrote on Google some 10 years ago are still active.) CrowdStreet apparently is unable to delete reviews from TrustPilot, and on seeing the proportion of 1- and 2-star ratings, the truth is self-evident - investing on CrowdStreet is very high risk and once you invest, you're on your own, with no support from CrowdSreet if things go wrong. More than one General Partner privately shared with me that platforms like this are funding sources of last resort, so the poor quality of these deals should not be too surprising. Crowdfunding platforms make their money off listing fees, so when deals go south (as a large number have), unlike their investors, they have no skin in the game. All they can do is try to cover up bad press, which is simply investors who have been burned who are sharing their experience as a warning to others. I recently heard that they shut down investor forums on their site - clearly they experienced heartburn in seeing all the complaints and feared that it would negatively impact fundraising. Rather than posting some boilerplate response to this, CrowdStreet should explain why they're doing everything in their power to silence investors who have lost money in deals on their platform, and what actual steps they have taken to tighten their selectivity and improve their vetting of GPs.
If you'd like to lose your investment…
If you'd like to lose your investment money, this is the place to go. I invested in 4 Crowd Street multi-family projects about 3 years ago and 2 of them have completely collapsed and lost 100% of my money. While I recognize this time period has not been great for CRE, one would expect small or no returns but not complete loss of invested capital - especially twice! Stay far away from this site and find a REIT or an ETF.
My investment on this platform is at full loss
I have invested in 2 investments. One investment amounting to 30000$ is on the verge of collapsing. After 3 years of investment, the company which built and runs a multifamily rental community says they have to sell the property and common equity investors are going to lose all their investments. Please dont barge into this platform, all the companies which offer projects on this platform are not good, they dont do correct due diligence. Investors ROI is the least important item on their list and they just pocket all the money
The worst of all CRE crowdsourcing platforms
I have invested in many CRE crowdfunding platforms. On others, the returns have been great, as projected or even more. With CrowdStreet I invested in 6 deals, all delayed, only one has paid partially back after more than 4 years, just constant capital calls, and one of them was a complete loss of the investment. It's either bad luck or negligence. I'm certain is the latter, they are not doing proper research on these deals, just putting A and B together and collecting the commission. The results or your return apparently is not important.
CrowdStreet is detached from actively…
CrowdStreet is detached from actively looking out for CS investors...look no further than: Thesis Miami. I have left CS behind as an investing platform and only hope the remaining 3 holdings somehow make me whole - as Thesis is clearly on the downhill slide and will declare bankruptcy in the future and our investment will be completely lost. CS did little or no vetting of NRI in the run up to this offering. I have a significant figure in a variety of investments and CS has COMPLETELY lost my interest as a platform. I am an Accredited Investor and I have better places to put my money to work.

If i could give zero stars I would
If i could give zero stars I would. Deals lack any deep dive, communication is bad, k-1s are late, no real push back to GPs. Stay away from Crowdstreet!

Crowd Street management sounded genuine people
Every Crowd Street management was listening to us while talking and they sounded genuine people. Very personable. Loved the future plans Crowd Street has for us. Loved the cocktail food and drinks. The venue and view at the "rooftop" were amazing.
