I didn't realize how cheap this trophy was going to be. The last time I ordered one it was made of wood and felt solid. The plaque part wasnt even on straight on this one. Kind of disappointed.

Fast, accurate, easy.

I have used this company for the awards I give at my business for years. The plaques are already great and are in worthy condition to be presented on stage. This year, they came with big, ugly yellow logo stickers on the back of each plaque. When I tried to remove the sticker, it also removed the varnish. When I contacted the company about the issue, they replied that since the plaque was not damaged, they would not replace it. They also state that they put this ugly sticker on the back of every plaque. I am so disappointed that after years of being a loyal customer, this is how I am treated. Whoever thought that stickers on the back of a varnished plaque is a good idea needs to rethink that. I have never had this issue before. I tried every method to get these off and I am just going to have to repaint them all or order from a new company. I did submit pictures to the carrier to show the issue and they have never placed stickers in the past.
