Great price and free delivery the next day

Still waiting on my overdue order to be delivered. No tracking. No replies to my emails. I was assured on phoning them that someone else would contact me - no-one has.

Won't use again.

Pointless reply below: When I was eventually phoned by Crown I was advised they didn't even have the paint in stock. I bought it elsewhere. All they did was waste my time.

They were so helpful , the colour I wanted had been discontinued and they called me to go through all the options I had , amazing service.

Very easy to order and really nice for someone to ring when ready for collection rather than just text messages, especially useful as I live where mobile signals are very difficult. Great choice of paints and colours and in particular the additional choice of trade paints. Would definitely use again,

Excellent service and very helpful

Local staff did not know about availability of some exterior wood paint from Crown which I identified online. Did manage to get it, but not straightforward.

I placed my order last week, and according to the confirmation I received, I was supposed to receive it on Monday. Today is already Wednesday, and I still haven’t received my order, nor have I received any messages from the company advising me of a delay in my delivery.

I visited Crown Decoration Centre in Sydenham to buy wood stain for my parquet. I was really confused about what product and colour to get, but Mollie has been extremely helpful, patient and understanding of my needs. I do recomend this store with no dubt. Keep it up Mollie
