Fantastic aftercare
We bought a front door 3 years ago - good experience and professional fitting. On Wednesday, got home and could not open the door. Phoned first thing Thursday morning and within a couple of hours, the MD was at our home trying to fix. He could not fix on the spot and was back this morning at 830. Within an hour, he had the door open and a temporary lock fitted. Just waiting for a replacement lock.
The MD could went above and beyond to fix the problem, great service - thank you

Great installers
Polite tidy installers. Explained each stage to us and went above and beyond to adapt so some existing washing lines etc could still be used. I forget the 2 installers names but they were brilliant

I tried to ask their customer service for the appointment they already given on Friday 2nd October. She even doesn't know about it. 🤔☹️👎

Quality From Start To Finish
Very impressed with the quality of the Roseview sash windows I have had fitted & the service from start to finish.
When I visited the showroom, James Maggs was very knowledgeable, helpful & patient in explaining the options & accommodating multiple tweaks to the order.
The fitters James, Jamie & Jack were a good bunch of lads & have completed the work to a high standard, were tidy & a pleasure to deal with - I’m also having the stonework renovated around the windows & they have liaised with the stonemason & have completed the work over 2 visits to ensure a professional finish. Very happy with the windows supplied
Very happy with the windows supplied. The fitters were experienced and polite. They done a great job. My front door which had colour fade over the years was brought back to life with a treatment. Very impressed and many thanks.
