Took my order online and accepted my payment for the order. Then radio silence no confirmation, no tracking. I go to bank and verify etransfer was accepted...the went to crystal cloud 9 website and it says "scheduled maintenance " and has an email address. I emailed inquiring about my order and mysteriously they're moving their shop and want an email address to refund my order which has now been cancelled. Doesn't sound very "scheduled". So im guessing they won't be back. Will update if I ever see my refund.

I ordered and liked THC Sativa Tincture 900MG (Deadhead Chemist) from a dispensary in Toronto.
It came in a 50ML bottle as stated on the label.
Then I ordered the same product from
CRYSTAL CLOUD 9

Two bottles arrived as I had ordered, labelled 900 MG / 50 ML,
but they came in standard 30 ML bottles with the 50 ML label on them.

I wrote to CC9 asking why they would sell and send me product that was deceptively mislabelled?

They said it wasn't their fault and will send me free bottle on my next order.
As if they hadn't noticed they were selling standard 30 ML eye dropper bottles as containing 50 ML.
Why should I have to order more to get what I paid for?

I also noted that Deadhead Chemist has disappeared after I told them about what has happened.

They have a huge selection no tax

@crystal cloud 9 it was an easy seamless experience. There's always a questionable risk associated with online spending but these guys are legitimate. I Will order again.

Buyer BEWARE! This company took my order, 4 months later they said it was out for delivery, it never came. I tried to contact them but no response or email back.

Took them 8 days to ship. The product - which was reasonably priced and packaged well, with humidity-control packets - was awful. It was discolored due to age and much of it was moldy. CC9 lured me in by offering strains I couldn't get anywhere else, but in the end, rewarded me an addition to my compost.

It's was fast shipping and easy to order plus the points thing is awesome they respond quickly when you email them I've never had a bad experience

I haven't used these guys as much as I'd like to but checking their prices and products I don't really know why. They have excellent selection and products and the orders I did already make came with no issues. I also love these guys reward system for the points. They have numerous platforms you can post reviews to in order to receive points on future orders. Great stuff. I'll be seeing you guys again real soon cheers.

I ordered an ounce of Super lemon haze, and an ounce of Ice Wreck. The Ice Wreck was pretty good, but not as good as I expected. I was very excited to get this product, but to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I have been a knowledgeable smoker for 40 years. I know what Super lemon haze is supposed to taste like. The stuff I got was sure as hell not it !!! IT had basically no flavor of any kind, certainly not citrus, lemon, or sweet. I don't know if someone screwed up my order, but I'm very unsatisfied with it. I can't say I'm enthusiastic to try ordering again.

Great site easy online shopping and great deals

They offered me credit for my birthday, so I ordered some stuff. When I received my items, there was missing items. I contacted them and they said they had to take away half the credit ($30) and then not send me some items worth $40? So I’m actually down, and wouldn’t have shopped in the first place without the original offer.
My wife and I had a 25mg gummy and it was way less potent than ones you can buy a 10mg gummy at a licensed store.
I have used them before and they were great. I guess there is new management

Bought 3 different ounces and was disappointed with everyone. Horrible aftertaste, like smoking hay. The high barely lasts for 15 minutes. Very sad.
