THEY DON'T WANT TO REFUND THE DEPOSIT AND THEY ARE LYING WITH THEIR OFFERS TO STEAL MONEY FROM PEOPLE. I GOT SCAMMED OF 200£. NO ONE ANSWER AT THE PHONE OR MESSAGES.
I had an agreement with Mr. Josh Worswick to purchase the car YC67DDZ. He informed me that I needed to pay a deposit of £4,990, while the remaining amount up to £20,000 would be covered by CarFinance247.
I visited the dealership to see the car, and I liked it, so I paid £200 on the spot to reserve it. After leaving, I contacted Josh to confirm my intention to proceed with the purchase. However, he then informed me that the offer had changed and that I now needed to pay a £7,700 deposit instead of the initially agreed £4,990.
The revised offer was too high for me and exceeded my budget, so I decided to withdraw from the purchase. I then contacted both the dealership and Josh to request a refund of my deposit, but no one is responding to my messages.
