Cuddles United seems to offer presence of mind rather than actual work
My experience with Cuddles United started off amazingly. I was contacted within an hour of payment and was in constant contact with the same person for about a week. Then, I just got a single email another week later asking if I had any updates for them. I found that odd, since the entire point of hiring someone is for them to get me updates, but I let them know that we hadn't heard anything. After two more weeks of silence, I emailed them again asking if there was any updates on their end. After another week of silence, I wanted to write this review and get it out to as many places as possible.
I really hope that the others who use this service actually had their pet found by it, but I feel like I've just had my money taken from me with nothing to show for it. I purchased the most expensive plan they had and I feel like they should have at least told me if there was some kind of time limit to the service (which is understandable if there is, but that was never communicated to me at any point). If you want to spend your money to find your pet, I'd suggest doing it early (we waited a week) and maybe try someone other than Cuddles United. They talk a big game, but I doubt any pets have actually been found due solely to their efforts.
