Not worth the value customer service is unprofessional

The reports suck. It is not reliable with data given so a lot of times we are stuck not using the report or making your own manual report. And they charge extra if you want to be able to customized your own report to pull the exact data you are looking for.

- The system is extremely slow and freezes a lot. Causing a lot of workflow issues. When you call them and complain they act as if its our fault instead of trying to fix the issue.

- Horrible customer service. They hang up on you all the time. They are very unprofessional.

- When a workflow problem is brought to their attention, with something crucial that their system should be able to do. They like to brush you off and gaslight you that your not using the system to the best of its capabilities. However, when you ask them to show you how to do what your requesting they say the system can't do that. And then try to blame your practice. How is my practice the problem when you clearly stated the system can't do that. And the issue brought up is a critical issue. If your system can't do it, bring it back to your product team to figure out and fix. They don't care about the problems the practices are having. They don't want to do meaningful updates for those who are actually using the system on a daily basis. Instead they are doing baseless updates that no one cares about just to see they are improving. Rather than fixing what is important.

- Buyer be aware. This system will cause more issues than its worth. And they add an extra charge for everything. So your paying all these extra monthly fees for services that can't even do what you expect it to do.

- Their billing and payment workflow is the worst. You can't move a payment that was made during a visit to pay for the past due balances. You would have to refund the patient for a credit stuck to an old date of service, just to recharge them the same amount to pay for the past due balance on a different date of service. And most times patients will not pay again.

- The providers can not send a cancelation request to a pharmacy for prescription that was sent. They will have to call the pharmacy and sit on the phone for an hour to have them cancel a prescription.

- When writing a prescription it doesn't automatically calculate the pills needed when putting in the quantity and frequency instructions. You have to manually calculate which leaves room for error.

CureMD is amazing

CureMD is amazing! I was having issues with a previous billing team and system and decided to give CureMD a try. Wow! I was and I still am blown away by their standards and adhering to what they stated they would deliver to me and my team. From the transition phase to implementation to where we are now...the CureMD team made sure that me and my staff understood what was needed to properly utilize their system. Billing and reimbursements are faster, telemedicine is readily available for our patients, and CureMD's support staff handles our questions in a timely manner. I am overly pleased with CureMD and I am glad that we made the change. I highly recommend CureMD for your practice needs. Thanks to John, Josh, Michael F, Max, Sally, Edward, and their remaining team. 😊

Switching to CureMD has been one of the best decisions for our practice. The cost of their electronic health record system is very affordable compared to our previous provider, AdvancedMD. Not only is the system cost-effective, but their billing services also come with a low percentage rate, which has saved us a significant amount of money.

CureMD is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. Their customer support team is always accessible and responsive—they answer all of our questions thoroughly and promptly. I especially appreciate the free additional training they provide, which ensures our staff stays confident and efficient in using the system.

We have had a great experience with Cure MD. We have been customers with them for about 7 years and have been very satisfied. Steve Wilson is our account manager and he is always extremely helpful, always available and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly and in a timely manner. We would recommend Cure MD as an EMR to any practice. It is very user friendly and they have a wonderful support team and excellent billing service!

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE.
I owned a home visiting physician company and chose cure Md as our EMR software in 2021. The business closed in june of 2022 at which time our billing company cancelled the contract with the software company. I didn’t receive another invoice until Dec 2023 which included all the moths from June 2022 to Dec 2023. At this time I reminded them that this contract was cancelled and the company was closed. The CureMd staff responded by continuing to bill me a monthly rate for a cancelled contract and threatening to send me to collections. This company is horrible and I don’t want this to happen to anyone else
