Knob on cooker damaged tried to ring customer services and was met with someone who couldn’t speak English!!!!

Ordered online. The big guy with beard at collection counter was beyond patronising. I don't understand why people like this try to make others feel small. Curry's should maybe do some customer service refreshers for staff.

We had an incredibly helpful member of staff called Andrew who was very knowledgeable, thorough, clear and honest throughout the process. Andrew helped us find the right laptop at a price within our budget and helped identify additions within that.
Andrew was both professional and friendly and made the experience very easy.

Time spent explaining what machine would be best for me. Delivery service prompt and men were very helpful.andrew who served me was very capable and helpful.

Aimee was brilliant knowledgable and very helpful

I have nothing but the highest praise for the staff in curry's drumkeen.
I was served by Ahmed.He was so patient with me, a person who finds technology difficult and he didn't make me feel stupid.
He explained everything about the items I wished to purchase in a way which was simple but not condescending.
He is an asset to your store.
On Tuesday I returned as I needed help transferring data from my old phone to the new one. Aimee was helpful and professional. Again,like Ahmed, she did not make me feel stupid,but took time to address my queries and needs.
You are fortunate to have Aimee on your staff.
Today I had a separate issue with my passwords and Sandra was on hand to help and advise.
I would recommend shopping in your store to any of my friends.

Sean in the Forestside store was super, very polite and professional helping me select a tv and airfryer 22/8/26 His customer service was so good, he took the time to talk through the different tv’s. He left such a good impression we returned to purchase another tv. He’s a credit to your sales team.

Laptop for my son going to Uni. On line very good selection of Laptops for students and found a high spec machine at great price. Delivery to store here in Northern Ireland was fast.

The very efficient helpful member of staff named Sean. He went over and above to help us and successfully got us just exactly what we were looking for.

I was served by Oliver he was very pleasant and helpful and answered all my questions.

People not really willing to help, I was advised to scan qr code when looking for advice on comparing products.

We got what we wanted. It happened to be discounted too. Very good.

Limited edition item found here and nowhere else had stock - arrived a day later than stated but that could have been a DPD issue

Curry’s spent time explaining my new device in detail and managed my product transfer with ease.
