So disappointed with the salesman who saved us today 27/9@ 15:30. Very rude young man, no greeting tried to give my ref as normal he did not want it but wanted to know what I had ordered I said the ref will tell you what I ordered and he said it’s not how you do it. I have always shown the salesman my ref and got my parcels that’s way. we argued about my name, my surname was the name to him no wonder he could not see my parcel. Muthi did not want to take the reference number gave him my name he could not get it came back for the second time now demanded my initial. Muthi you are a let down to Curry’s lovely staff who are always willing to help. Good luck to your rude and your abrupt salesman skills

Staff were helpful but the result reference the refund voucher is very poor and the time scale for replying was over 4 weeks.

We needed a washing machine. The one we wanted would take 10 to 28 days to arrive ( not exseptable ) so we choose a different one. We paid more for the alternative one and the £25 we paid to take the old one away is scandalous ( RIP Off ). You should address this matter

I was eventually taken through the reconditioned mobile phone purchase I had visited the Selly Oak store for and was served by Usmen.

I had a few technical questions about the data transferal between mobile phones and opening the SIM card tray whuch was explained clearly.

I bought a laptop and was served very well by Umesh in the Birmingham Selly Oak branch (great service) but I was a bit disappointed that despite the large number of display models, most were not available in the store and needed to be ordered first.

Excellent service and very helpful.

The service was excellent. Umesh looked up information to ensure that the duplex printing was automatic and not manual and carried the box to the car. The ink cartridges which were not available in the day he ordered and they arrived two days later.

Staff are ere so knowledgeable and helpful can't praise them enough in my purchase of a laptop and transfer of data. Also fixed my printer. Thank you souch service and sales.

I recently purchased a cinema-size TV from Currys, and we absolutely love it! The viewing experience is fantastic — it feels just like having a cinema at home. Our whole family is enjoying it.

The Currys finance service is also excellent. The app makes it very easy and convenient to manage the payments.

I highly recommend Currys for their excellent products, service and convenient finance options.

My dishwasher broke within 2 weeks, my right to return it was refused as I had to follow the correct procedure... Disappointing customer service.
