Happy with my experience of using there service and i certainly would use again

My visit was to return a faulty Karcher widow VAC. This was done quickly and professionally with no quibbles. I also had a question about my MacAfee software which was answered clearly by customer service advisor .

When it comes to buying Kitchen equipment we tend to go to Currys as we have always found the people we deal with to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The purchase of a new Dishwasher was no exception. My wife, and I, were well looked after by Jane who listened to what our needs where and then she discussed in detail what was available. Thanks to Jane's assistance we purchased a "Which" approved dishwasher.

It was easy to order and very quick delivery

I didn't say the experience was great. I went to the shop, was given some advice on where to look, and bought what I wanted. To ask what made it great is rather ridiculous

The person who served us carried the machine to our car

I went into store to browse at the tv’s. Adrian came over and asked if I was ok, and we got chatting about different tv’s, he is very knowledgeable and good at his job. I also bought a Nespresso machine which he helped with. He is a credit to your store.

Jane was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She took the time to help me find a really good tumble dryer that suited my needs, and she was incredibly helpful, friendly and genuinely went above and beyond.

What really stood out to me was the amazing discount she was able to give me. With the cost of living being so high and money being particularly tight at the moment, this made such a huge difference to me and my family. I honestly can’t thank her enough for being so understanding and helping me get something we really needed at a price I could manage.

I also had my 1-year-old daughter with me, and Jane was so lovely with her too. She interacted with her, made her smile and just made what could have been a stressful shopping trip feel really pleasant.

Jane is a credit to Currys. Her kindness, patience and willingness to genuinely help made such a difference, and I really hope her hard work and customer service are recognised. Thank you so much, Jane at the Chester 2433 branch! ❤️

I was very disappointed with the level of service I received from Sarah, the IT Manager.
My computer was with Sarah for around four hours, and I was told that she and other members of staff had been working on the issue. Unfortunately, despite this amount of time, they were unable to download and install Microsoft Word for me.

I found the communication particularly frustrating. The tone I received came across as dismissive and patronising, and I was eventually told that they could not help me and that I could go to Wrexham instead. I was also refused a refund, despite the issue not being resolved.

As a customer, I was understandably frustrated by the lack of practical help and technical knowledge demonstrated during my visit. It left me questioning why I had been directed to an IT service if such a straightforward issue could not be resolved.

However, I would like to highlight the positive side of my experience. I approached another very helpful member of staff, who knew a gentleman called Callum. Callum was able to help me and had everything sorted within five minutes. Microsoft Word was downloaded successfully and everything is now working perfectly.

I really appreciate Callum taking the time to help me and demonstrating exactly the level of knowledge, efficiency and customer service I had expected in the first place.

Overall, a very frustrating experience initially, but thankfully resolved quickly thanks to Callum. I would strongly recommend recognising and valuing staff members like him who genuinely take the time to help customers.
