It was really good we found what we wanted literally straight away! Delivery was very swift and the sales assistant Lacey explained our options and everything was sorted to our satisfaction

Excellent experience. Staff member Chris who helped us with the purchase of our fridge freezer at the Coventry store, he was super knowledgeable very professional and polite. His customer service was exceptional. Hes a credit to the store.

I went to Curry's last year to buy a double oven but left without purchase because we couldn't find anyone to talk to. This time the first 20 minutes was deja vu but then a young man came along and took our details and payment within 10 minutes and we left

Just had a delivery by the team just to say how well they did !! The drive is long and quite deep they got the equipment in with no problem and were very polite !
Well done Liam & Craig the dog was sorry to see them go 😂

I seen a laptop I had my eye on and the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful and he made sure got everything I needed with the laptop accessorywise. I came away happy with my purchase.

I was attended to by a staff pete who was really kind and helped increase my confidence with the product.

Although I just got the product delivered yesterday, I hope to enjoy value for money.

In every human interaction, we have the choice to build a bridge or erect a wall. When I stepped into the store, in Coventry, there was not a soul to be seen. Then I met a man with a clipboard who couldn’t help because he told me that “he was working the floor”( or something like that!) … though he did point me vaguely toward where a Bosch dishwasher might live.

After some time, a young woman (who knew a great deal about laptops) and possessed genuine charm, kindly walked me through some specs and features (albeit none of which helped my quest, in the slightest). But she did her best!

Then came a shaft of light. I thought I heard angels sing when one particular Indian lady approached me. (10Bina) She listened well and asked the right questions, instantly taking me to the answer to my prayers, on her computer (… as the product was not on the shop floor.)

Within moments, the deal was done. The dishwasher would be delivered and fitted in a few days, and the old one whisked away to be recycled.

People buy from people. This is a REAL story about “people and performance” one particular person, in truth, who saved a customer (me) from walking away and made a sale in the most charming, well-informed and gentle way. 🙏🏻

It was easy to order, easy to arrange delivery and delivery staff were polite and friendly. Good to be able to pay online when and how much monthly for nine months.

The men advised us in good time when they would be arriving. The were helpful, friendly and polite. Worked quickly and answered our questions. Advised us that everything was in order except one of our power points. In fact it did work after all.

TERRIBLE!! Firstly there was no contact when I ordered the laptop to when it was ready and then it broke after just 3 months.
Then they took it in for repair and expected me to pay £100 to SAVE the data, my data that I’d worked on for the last 3 MONTHS!! Or I could take it back and save the data myself and send it back again, it wouldn’t even turn on but I was expected to PAY and additional £100 to save my own data.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!
RIP OFF SERVICE!!
