Currys - Crayford Opiniones 

A very helpful staff who explain the procedures and provided by order despite the system being down this morning.

I've had three very bad experiences with Currys recently. Firstly they advised that the TV I was purchasing had Freely. It doesn't. Secondly, they said that with wall mounting installation service they provide cable trunking. They didn't. Thirdly with another TV and wall mounting purchase (my mistake should've learnt from previous experience) they couldn't advise on wall bracket and said the one I had purchased was suitable. It wasn't. Calling to speak to someone is difficult as there is a language barrier. It's difficult to understand what is being said. The customer service advisers don't seem to be familiar with goods or services. I called looking for advice as to what wall bracket I should buy as I looked at spec of the one I had and it was 1 centimetre taller than the TV. Was told the one I had was suitable for the TV. I mentioned the spec saying it's a centimetre taller so will it not protude behind TV. Couldn't help just kept saying it was suitable. Engineer came out to install. He confirmed not suitable too big will protrude. He didn't install. I called for a refund of installation fee and was told to call OrderWorks (installation company) for the refund. I paid Currys so Currys should give me the refund. You can't contract out and then dissolve responsibility. Eventually got refund after 4 phone calls each lasting 20 mins or more. I've now taken the brackets that were unsuitable back to the store for a refund and was told that I couldn't get a refund as they were bought online and that I would have to call the online team. I eventually took gift card as I'm afraid I can't face another call. On website for products bought online it says you can return in-store if they are small enough to carry. Why wasn't I refunded? I now have a gift voucher for a store I won't be shopping with any more. Way too stressful to deal with and nobody seems to know anything.

I was served on time. Customer Advisor ensured I was satisfied with my choice of product.
She went far and beyond to ensure I made my choice and she listened to my preferences.
She actually read through the manual , read some to me to ensure I had my choice.

Had the best service from Rupel in the Crayford branch. She really took her time to walk through several options with me and deals so I could save money where I hadn’t even thought of. Very happy with my purchases and the level of service I received.

we were given great service by Daljit who talked us through all the info about the laptop we were buying making sure my daughter who has Downs Syndrome understood everything also Sarah who downloaded all the extras on the laptop excellent service

Easy online process. Arrived for collection on time. Most competitive price found. Good service in store.

The customer advisor, explained the difference between two products that we were looking at and made it easier for us to make a decision on which one we wanted. She was very friendly

Staff excellent especially as she was having to juggle three customers at once because she was by herself . Opinion may change if the cooker isn’t delivered as promised !

Very friendly, helpful assistant. I was able to try out the Vax corded 'Lift Out' vacuum cleaner which is especially important as the different model weights vary and I would need to be able to carry it up and down my stairs.
I'm very happy with my purchase. Amazing value at a Sale price too.
