Currys - Cribbs Causeway Opiniones 

Ordered a phone for click and collect it is now the day after it was supposed to be available for collection and have heard nothing as to whether it is available yet, unable to get through to customer services. Even made a visit to the store and they don’t know when it should arrive. Poor service overall

selecting and order appliance was very easy, as our fridge had broken down wanted it next day which was also available, but didn’t receive an e-mail with 3 hr time slot and also the one and only phone call made by delivery team didn’t get to me , but to be honest from ordering to delivery, 22hrs very impressed

I needed a new PC laptop and I was not sure which one would suit my needs. The shop assistant called Max was brilliant he completely understood and helped me with what laptop would be good. He was very patient and helped me make the right decision.

This could of been a very low star rating, as my initial contact with curry customer service was extremely poor, but on last visit to get my faulty oven sorted Carrie who sorted everything out seamlessly very helpful and new exactly what to do to sort it all out, your lucky Currys at cribbs she saved your review bacon.

Sales assistant Dan is an absolute legend!
He assisted me when I was trying to purchase an Xbox, as I'd been badly let down by an amazon delivery.
He calmly walked me thru all the details, arranging everything, and explaining everything.
I'm very grateful for his help, and he certainly knows his stuff about gaming systems in general!
The kid was very happy to receive the delivery the next day, and was amazed that I managed to order the right one, despite all the chaos and drama that amazon caused!
Please pass on our thanks, we are very grateful for the tome taken and the attention the detail!!

I have to say I'm most disappointed in Currys as a company, I purchased a TV at Longwell green but the only one in stock for delivery for Monday or for me to collect Monday was in Cribbs causeway Branch but their TV Manager, Chris, would not release the TV. Very poor customer relations and left me with a bad taste in my mouth. CURRYS SORT OUT YOUR STAFF YOU ARE ONE COMPANY AND IM A PAYING CUSTOMER. It's an embarrassment for Currys it's a £2K TV and it's money for Currys as a whole so I cannot see why it could not be released. I will definitely never shop at Cribbs after this most obstructive staff.

The salesman for the vacuum cleaners was crap. 3 Shark we chose were out of stock, he had no intention on helping us to get one. He even flapped his arms when we walked away. I'll use Amazon next time.
The guy on the checkout for the air frier was super. Very friendly and efficient.

Had atext to say your tv is awaiting your pick up, arrived only to be told it's not here so thanks for the time wasted , still waiting for call to say it's there but nothing , can only give zero for that ,need to get your act together.

I went to collect something ordered online. The person dealing with the collection had the manner, and manners, normally associated with passport control. Although my diction is clear, with no strong accent, he asked my name twice and asked me twice for the last 4 digits of my credit card. I suspect he was just being officious. He used no basic courtesies. I suggest that Currys take more care in choosing customer-facing staff.
