Stephen the staff member was excellent knowledgeable and most pleasant. However the sub contractor staff who delivered the freezer had no idea how to reverse the door for which we had paid £40 ( since reimbursed). In addition had no knowledge as to where it ought to be located in the garage to ensure efficiency etc. I do think Currys should offer training to subcontractors responsible for deliveries

Many thanks for excellent delivery time to Josh and for taking away the old machine for recycling. I would also like to thank to Mustafa and Ömer for they recommendation as well. All the Currys staff's are kind, friendly and professional. Thanks again to Currys and excellent colleagues.

I visited the Durham City Retail Park store on 30/08 to buy a new tv and was served by a young lad called Alfie, so I just wanted to thank him for all his help! He was a peach! He was so lovely and helpful while I shopped around with my friend and although I kept asking lots of questions, he didn’t seem to mind at all. I was waiting for the email survey to come through about his service but I still don’t have it yet, but I hope this reaches him / the Durham store so he gets the recognition. Thank you! :)

Really disappointed we had chosen
3 different fridge freezers and all 3
Weren't in stock and not in wear house in which we had chosen a fridge freezer in a bigger measurement and had to redesign our kitchen.
If we Weren't in an urgency we would
Have looked elsewhere for the right size fridge freezer.
We had bought other appliance aswell as the fridge freezer and not 1
Penny discount which was disappointing.

The guy who served us was fab, he redirected us to the best product for our money explaining why, what the benefits were etc. He was patient, polite and helpful. He really was excellent. He's the guy with the green glasses (sorry forgot his name)

Easy store to find ,plenty of parking.good choice ,but the staff were not very helpful ,but i did get what i wanted.

They had a loads of washers to choose from and with the help of the assistant l got exactly what l wanted, it arrived early the next day and the men who delivered and fitted it were brilliant

I had the protection put on my new smart watch at a cost of £19.99 with a life time guarantee. I went back after a few weeks as it had come off in places. The staff was very helpful and put a new one on. After about 4 weeks it had started to come off again. As I don’t live near the shop I had now found time to go back. I asked for a refund but was refused as it was outside the 30 days so I have had a new one put on. No staff available to do it so had to waste more time waiting around. Not happy with attitude or service
