Currys - Evesham Opiniones 

Bought a Kenwood fridge freezer at their Evesham branch along with 5 years extended insurance, the appliance failed within a month of its expiry, their repair company have had two callouts to repair it without success, a third visit for a final evaluation before a write-off voucher is issued, so far I've been without a fridge for a month, still no voucher, the staff are understandably sick of the sight of me, but seem powerless to make a decision or speed things up, what's really irritating is that no particular urgency is being attached to this saga by Pacifica, or Currys themselves, I feel as though I'm in some nightmare dystopia I can't wake from.
Edit: finally got the write-off voucher, so all's well, but it was a long long job, and no fun living out of a cool-box for a month, I can only hope Currys improve the customer service in the light of these words, after much thought I will buy the extended warranty, it did work, eventually!.

I recommend making a purchase from Joshua; he was helpful and provided excellent, pleasant service. I am very satisfied and highly recommend him.

From the.staff in store, through to the delivery team, the professionalism was outstanding. Each helping in different ways but stayed polite and respectful of their customers. The delivery team were also extremely friendly and helpful, they went above their need ensure it was in a safe place in the house ready for installation.

I simply turned up at store, and collected box.

Very helpful staff nice environment

The young lady was very knowledgeable about the coffee makers we were looking at and helped us s select a beans to coffee maker.
She also guided us to a machine on special offer as most of the others were out of our budget range (we are pensioners on a fixed incomes)
We took advantage of your trade in offer and used the voucher to buy some coffee beans…..

Good responce from seller as to delivery and when arrived at store quick and easy collection at store

Needed a freezer fast......... All sorted in 15 minutes and collected a little later.
Staff were very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable.

What should have been a stressful time was made far easier and dealt with most satisfactorally.

Perfect from getting there, I was asked a couple of questions & a few minutes later I had my order by a very polite and respectful young lad, keep up the good work.

Ordered item ready for collection in an hour . When ordered i was really close to the store. I went in and they sorted my collection out straight away, even though I was willing to wait .

Brilliant service.
I needed a new phone and I needed some succinct advice. I generally knew I wanted a new iPhone but was undecided on which one.
I was lucky enough to be supported by Callum who was very knowledgeable.
He also knew how to support me with the Blue Light process which was a plus.
I was fortunate enough to see Callum a couple of days later when I collected the phone.
All in all a great experience (although I haven’t tried to set it up yet)

The you lady that advised me was very patient and very helpful. She showed me all of my options, and then helped me narrow them down to enable me to make my decision on which laptop would suit my requirements. I was very impressed. I hope that you can inform her, because I believe that some appreciation and praise goes a long way and means a lot to the majority of people.

The assistant was very courteous, helpful and had all the knowledge to hand to help us decide what printer we would be best placed to purchase. Also found a really good support package without any additional payment.

I wanted a kettle and the assistant was very helpful in showing me the best deals.
