Currys - Glasgow Braehead Opiniones 

Bought two items from the business section. Once home I realised I had been overcharged for one and I returned to sort it out. Met with a blank refusal to help “Got to deal with Curry’s Business”, “That’s a separate company” “ I don’t have access” etc. Completely unhelpful. Had to come back next day for a resolution.

No hassle whatsoever, picked the washing machine we wanted, got a sales assistant immediately, delivery and installation organised, delivered and installed 2 days later, fantastic service

Brilliant service for my TV purchase at Glasgow Braehead Currys

Might have had problems with a item from them
Not the store but the manufacturer of the item.
Curry’s staff have always been professional and knowledgeable.

I went to buy a specific hoover it turned out no more in stock as the company brought out a newer model. Sara the staff member gave us a demonstration explaining the advantages of the newer model and was very friendly .she answered all my questions and I did buy the hoover and afterwards even asked if she could help me with anything else . It was terrific service and I was very pleased with my purchase and due to the service I will definately go back to curry’s in Braehead .

We were given the time and space to browse the selection of tumble dryers without staff hovering on your shoulder then when we had chosen our item all we had to do was to approach the assistant who took all our details and arranged a day and date for delivery, the delivery itself was seamless with very helpful delivery men.

Extremely disappointing experience using click and collect at Currys. I pressed the button for assistance at the click and collect desk, and patiently waited for 10 minutes. Then, I tried to get the attention of the staff serving at the repairs counter but they ignored me. Eventually, without acknowledging me, I heard the woman at the repairs counter speak into her headset asking a colleague to serve me. The response was not immediate and when the young man took my order details, he then disappeared. There was one member of staff, a woman whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, who approached me to ask if I was being served. She was very nice and seemed to be genuinely interested in ensuring I was being looked after. I thanked her and noted someone else was already getting my order. The young man returned without my tv and I asked if he didn’t have it in stock. He said no, the warehouse is just busy, with no other explanation as to why I must continue to wait. Almost 20 minutes after I arrived, I continued to wait. Eventually the young man returned with a colleague, both in conversation with each other and no acknowledgment of me as they went behind the counter. The young man read an order number and the other typed it into the system. As he read the number again, I checked to see if it was my number, it was. As I was about to ask about my order, a torrential downpour prompted the person entering the details to comment about him not wanting to drive in the rain and get wet at the football later. I engaged them in conversation, hoping to get an explanation as to why I was waiting so long. I did not. I asked if there was a problem and it was vaguely suggested, not explained, that the young man had entered my details into the other system, something about there being 2 systems. I explained to the second man that I was actually in a bit of a rush as I had to pick up my son, his response was very condescending and dismissive, “we appreciate your patience”. I followed up to say that I had been waiting for almost half an hour at this point and he simply said again “we appreciate your patience”. Poor tone of voice used to express his appreciation, he instead seemed irritated that I dare express any sort of disappointment that I had been waiting so long. The woman who approached me earlier returned and seemed dismayed that I was still waiting. She acknowledged me and I said that I was being served but still waiting on my tv. Without asking her to, I heard her go behind the repairs counter and put a call out to check who was serving me and why there was a delay. I appreciated her responsiveness and sense of responsibility towards a customer. Eventually the young man arrived with my tv and I left very disappointed in the service and experience of shopping with Currys. Just to note, the young man who served me was never rude, he was just not very customer focussed. He had no sense of urgency, despite me obviously waiting an inordinate amount of time, and he failed to communicate effectively with me. The woman serving at the repairs counter, whilst never rude to me directly, never once acknowledged me, seemingly refused to look in my direction but was clearly aware of my presence. All that time in the store and not a single apology offered for the time I spent waiting, extremely poor.

Excellent customer service and knowledge from the LG representative. Amber who processed the paperwork was very very good also. Friendly and helpful. She explained everything so well A good experience all round. Thank you.

Just like to give a shout out to tech staff,and phone tech guy ,for recovery of photos of my late son from a broken phone, words won't do it justice but I've got to say thank you from heart. Cheers Angus.

Staff were very helpful, giving information and advise on size and make of each television the day we went to the store to chose a new T.V. When we brought our 20 year old T.V. in our car to the store next day to get the scrap trade in and purchase our chosen one the young man went to our car and carried it into the store. Good manners were on display and were appreciated.

The sales person Pauline that dealt with me, was truly amazing. She did her best to source the cooker I wanted, and found the last one in stock. Honestly she was so friendly, but remaining professional. I was so happy that Pauline was the person who sold me my cooker and counter top refrigerator. I left smiling after my purchases. She is definitely someone who is really good at her job, plus she cares.
