We had a very helpful staff member, Mo, who made purchasing a new freezer very easy. He listened to us making suggestions based on what we wanted rather than the highest sale price. Delivery was excellent and on time with delivery staff even unpacking and removing packaging.

Neither of the stores I went to had the TV I chose in the showroom, in stock.
I ordered it online to arrive in a nearby shop but they phoned to say it wasn’t in stock and I had 2 choices however I couldn’t return the call as it had No Caller ID! I tried calling the helpline but they didn’t understand my simple request as their screen told them there were 2 TVs in stock! Finally my daughter called in and the shop had already ordered in a TV so I get it today.

I tried to order a Bosch Tumble Drier but your website would not let me pay. I refreshed the page and failed again with payment. I contacted your helpline in India only to be told the Bosch was not available in Northern Ireland. I went to your Sprucefield store to buy the Bosch only to be told it is not available for delivery in Northern Ireland. I wasted a full afternoon on this issue. It would have been helpful if you marked on your website about the Northern Ireland issue. Definitely not a happy customer.

Excellent transaction from store to installation. I buy all my electrical/technology items from Curry's. From Sales in Lisburn , where the salesman was training another colleague, which he did very well while keeping focused on the customer - to Colin and Ryan who carried out the installation of my Kenwood Dishwasher. The sales person was very young and not confident, he had to consult with his manager on a couple of occasions, we had to pay additional money for delivery & charges to the door of the fridge, also we want to purchase another item and when told it could only be delivered at an additional cost, so we never purchased the vacuum, we went straight across to Argos and purchased it there

Mo was brilliant. He was very knowledgeable about the washing machines and worked with us to find the right one!
